Zeer zeer slechte service.
De accommodatie was bij binnenkomst hoed gelegen en schoon. Maar we keamrn om 5 uur aan bij de accommodatie en alles liep vlot. Tot we de verwarming wilde aan zetten want het was behoorlijk koud afgelopen weekend. We hadden hem aangezet maar hij werkte niet samen met warm water. Dus geen verwarming en geen warm water. Dus hebben we de service gebeld van accomodatie rond 6 uur. Die vrouw was brutaal maar ze zei dat ze monteur zou sturen. Dus uur gewacht heen enkele

Es una propiedad super sucia, muy descuidada, el colchón del sofa cama asquerosamente sucio, las fotos no coinciden con lo que ofrecen, fotos engañosas. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Apartment was in poor condition, sofa in lounge was visibly broken and light in one of the bedrooms was hanging by 2 wires instead of 3, bulbs in lounge were flickering and there was old food in the sink. On the plus side it was very well heated and in a good location although outside door was always open so you didn't need to use the code but anybody could enter.

The place was a disaster. Nothing to do with the pictures shown on the website. Dirty. Very old. The building falling apart. I feel totally robbed. I had to leave 2 night before my regular check out time. The first time EVER that hotels.com has been a total deception.

This propriety had signs of Bed bugs when I called to ask for a different room the staff was unhelpful and ignored. Hoping to get my money back but so far have not received any response despite that I left almost immediately after discovering the bed bug signs. Apartment had many small neglected, broken things. It gave me an impression that this venue is not well taken care of. Street level entrance lock broken, couch broken and dirty, floor lamp broken, TV not working etc. It is also noisy location especially if someone in nearby apartments is having a party, like happened during our stay. Location is convenient. With proper maintenance this would be A class apartment.

Great location, apartment was nice. Strange to have a really large apartment with two bedrooms but only one toilet - I wouldn't therefore stay with the family. Some of the curtains don't cover the windows, another window doesn't have a curtain at all. There is a lot of building work going on in this building from early in the morning until after 23.00.

Excelente flat, amplo, bem localizado (perto metrô), com equipamentos modernos e todos os recursos necessários. Tive somente problemas no sistema de aquecimento do chuveiro. Este flat tem um detalhe que é necessário mencionar: ele não tem portaria (normal) mas a entrada do prédio também não tem fechadura, é necessário digitar um código em um painel na entrada do prédio para entrar, e após esta primeira porta tem outra em seguida que fica aberta só por 45 segundos após aberta a primeira: tem que abrir a primeira e passar rápido pelas duas. Depois a porta do flat também é por código. Esse processo me causou um certo stress: na digitação do código na entrada as vezes a porta não abria na primeira vez e precisava redigitar, e para passar rápido pelas duas tinha que ser bem rápido. Houve uma noite que a porta não abriu (exatamente na noite que cheguei mais tarde...). Como não abria tive que acessar o email da Smartflat no celular, pegar o número da central 24H e ligar informando o problema (ainda bem que tinha um celular com internet e linha disponível). Me foi dado um novo código e entrei (atendimento só em inglês ou francês).

Great location, close to everything. WiFi was not the best. Having trouble with the WiFi and there’s really no one to troubleshoot the issue for you. Having difficulty adjust the temperature in the room. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Terrible customer service with no common sense
in simply words, my family and I have been through very challenging/difficult situation due to the lack of basic facilities at the property. Our family of five were provided with two small double beds and a broken/smelly/dirty sofa bed. However, at the time of booking I was told that we will get three double beds. The sofa bed was full of dirt and stains, was partly broken and was smelling. I wouldn't let any of my children to sleep in the bed. I told the property management from day one to provide me another bed or at least a mattress so that I can sleep on it but our requests were completely ignored. Even a member of their team came to take a look at the sofa bed and he even agreed that it was in terrible state, he took photos and said he would speak to his manager and get back to me but I didn’t hear anything back from him on this. The towels we were provided were dirty and there was a whole in one of the towels. We were provided with only five thin pillows and when I asked for a few extra pillows we were asked to pay 10 euros for them which I refused, and they then didn't provide the pillow. I therefore, went to the local market to buy some pillows and towels. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to any family with young children

low maintenance + stairs to an "accessible" flat
The apartment is described as accessible with an elevator, but it is located in the middle of 2 floors, so you have to go through a bunch of stairs to get to it which isn't ideal when you have a baby pushchair. The towels and sheets had tears and stains. The walls were also pretty dirty and with stains all over. There was supposed to be internet, but it never worked- I was able to connect to the wifi but there was no internet available. I complained and they said they fixed it but it was never fixed. The water pressure is really low. If you want to watch the (small) tv in the living room, you'll have to improvise a stand for the receiver as it is just hanging from the wall and doesn't receive the signals from the remote. We were really disappointed with the apartment.

Central apartment, great stay!
This apartment is really lovely, it’s a nice space to hang out in, comfortable, clean and a really excellent location. Having a kitchen is a real plus as we had everything we needed to cook our own meals. I’m this sense it’s more like an Airbnb, so don’t expect a hotel service - there’s no lobby or daily room cleaning, but that was perfect for us as we prefer not to be disturbed. There were a couple of issues with the flat - the hot water wasn’t great for showers and the WiFi was difficult at times, but we’re told these issues will be fixed. It’s also on the 6th floor,but there is a lift. Definitely recommend staying here :))

Nice but a little down-and-out around the edges
The flat is nice and VERY spacious, perfect for a family of five. The location is also great, located only a few blocks from Grand Place. The unit is very mod and cool, but unfortunately needs a little freshening. It has fashionable gray paint, but it’s been singed up and stained quite a bit, giving the flat that is quite nice overall a slightly sad and down-at-the-mouth appearance inside. It is meant to feel coolbut has a bit of a hipster dorm room feel to it. For the price, considering what you get for most European hotels, however, it was a bargain, especially for a large family. I won’t NOT recommend it, I just wish they would keep it in slightly better condition.

Huge apartment, fantastic location
We (me, my dad, brother and friend) stayed here for three nights, Thurs 8th, Fri 9th and Sat 10th March 2018, it is accessed at street level by a code and then when you get to the flat door another door code, so it is very secure. Let me just start by saying that the flat is really big, the main living/kitchen area which is open plan must be at least 10 metres by 7 metres with huge ceilings. Everywhere is clutter free, smart, tidy and very clean. Bedrooms are large as are the bathrooms. There is lots of storage space and the flat is very well equipped, there is also free WiFi throughout, in short it is a fabulous place. If I had one very minor gripe is that there is only one toilet in the flat but that is a very small negative.

Flat is nicely located and very large but equipment is close to the minimum. It wouldn’t cost that much to add a pillow or a glass but it would make such a difference. Electric Sockets are also not secured especially in the stairs. From the main entrance to the flat the quality is very poor. The stairs are dirty. i wonder how this building will evolve without more investment.
