'Road noise and apathetic staff, poorly appointed rooms added up to a lousy night of sleep.'

'Our room was on the second floor. My husband is disabled. Came to find out the owner had not maintained the elevator for 4 years because he’s too cheap to apply for inspection it has to be fixed. Room sleeps 3 and the bed had no blankets sheets or pillows. The very kind kitchen prepper( no staff on hand and no WiFi info) got us a blanket that had a bowling ball size hole right in the middle. The all paper was peeling on all walls and corners. Room 205. I had to make four trips up 2 flights with...

'Property was filthy. Bed was sunken in the middle. Staff was nowhere to be found for check-in. Slept like frap refunded my second night and stayed at a worthy hotel. '

'So outdated and damaged. The rooms smell disgusting. Beds terrible. The furniture was damaged and peeling. The tv was very difficult to use as the remote barely worked unless you hit the button just right and very hard. Staff was friendly enough and I’m sure would have helped the best they could. '
