Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!

Nestled just a few doors down from the 12th Man Hideout, another exceptional property from Aggieland Vacation Rentals, Reveille Tradition is perfectly situated for those looking to enjoy the best of Aggieland. Located only 13 to 14 minutes from Kyle Field, these two rentals are ideal for large group getaways, offering an opportunity for friends and family to come together in a beautiful setting. Spend your days exploring the scenic walking trails of Oakmont, and cap off your evenings with a delightful dinner at Christopher’s World Grille. For lunch, indulge in some of the town’s best burgers at Koppe Bridge Burger, or savor the fresh barbecue at C&J Barbeque, a local favorite.

Reveille Tradition features an open, functional floor plan designed for both cooking and entertaining, making your weekend truly memorable. The heart of the home is its oversized island and chef-style kitchen, perfect for preparing everything from hearty breakfasts to elegant dinners. Accented with high ceilings, large white beams, and beautiful shiplap walls, this modern residence exudes warmth and charm, creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests.

The living room is a cozy retreat, complete with a smart TV ideal for catching the latest Aggie game or any sports event of your choice. Comfortably furnished with a large sectional sofa that seats six and a stylish loveseat, this space is perfect for gathering and relaxing after a day of activities. Adjacent to the living area is a modern industrial-style dining table, providing seating for six—an ideal spot for enjoying meals together.

Each bedroom in Reveille Tradition promises a peaceful retreat, ensuring that all guests can unwind in comfort. The main bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a private bath featuring both a shower and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample closet space, sharing a full hall bath with the third bedroom, which also includes a queen bed and generous storage. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with fine linens and tasteful decor, creating a restful environment for a good night’s sleep or quiet reading.

For those evenings when you want to unwind, grab a glass of wine or your favorite mocktail and step onto the charming, covered front or back porch. The outdoor seating, with four cozy patio chairs, invites long conversations under the stars. With a two-car garage and a large driveway accommodating approximately four to six compact vehicles, Reveille Tradition ensures that your group will have all the space it needs for parking. Embrace the spirit of Aggieland and make lasting memories at Reveille Tradition!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agree prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with the Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is in pet addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. NO Grill at this location.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom) and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damage caused by such failure.

Property looks exactly like the pictures. Location is great for game day. Beds are comfortable, house was clean and welcoming.

Location was convenient to College Station and Bryan was a quaint town to visit. House was well decorated and supplied. The only issue we had was water temperature in the showers was warm to chilly!

We had the most amazing stay here - we didn’t want to leave! The house is perfect! Brand new, light and bright, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great responsiveness from the hosts!! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys for making our stay so pleasant!
