RIVIEREN LEDGE
PARADISE POINTE is een bergachtig resort gelegen in de noordoostelijke hoek van Alabama, en sluit aan bij de driestatenhoek van (AL, TN, GA), maak een wandeling op ons gloednieuwe wandelpad naar het oriëntatiepunt en sta in 3 staten tegelijk! 'Rivers Ledge' is een van de 10 prachtig ontworpen hutten. Resort heeft nieuwe ENORME overdekte verwarmde zwembad voor al onze gasten om van te genieten! Binnen zwembad zijn air hockey tafel, pooltafel, dammen en maïs gat! Je eigen hot tub met uitzicht, op maat gestapelde rots open haard (inclusief vuur hout), outdoor houtskoolgrill, wandelen, vuurplaats, basketbal, etc. Bekijk onze Bluff- en zwembadterrassen om je gedenkwaardige foto's te maken of om gewoon de natuurlijke energie van de riviervallei te absorberen. Volledige hut met 2 verdiepingen, prachtig ingericht om u zich meteen thuis te laten voelen. WIFI. Keuken is volledig uitgerust met roestvrijstalen apparaten. Er is geen ervaring zoals de ervaring van PARADISE POINTE!

The best part was the view! Inside the house was decent. There was lots of bugs, they were everywhere even between the sheets in the beds. All of the dishes, drinkware, utensils, pots and pans were dirty. One broken glass. The handle on the kid's cabin door was loose and fell off.

Fantastic Spot!

This home was as advertised. Awesome mountain top location about 30 minutes from Chattanooga. The cabin was well kept and comfortable. Pool was terrific! My kids had a blast there. Grounds were clean and there were no issues. Comms with Sage at property were timely, friendly and pertinent. This is a great spot to stay and play or use as a base for further adventure.

Graduation Getaway

We booked Rivers Ledge for our daughters Chatt State pinning and Graduation events for a two night stay. The cabin was more than I expected. Everthing was PERFECT! The cabin was very clean, the provided toiletries were very nice. The pool and hot tub sure made the experiece one to remember. Memories were made and we hope to return for a relaxation trip next time.

We arrived to a cabin with no siding on the back and construction debris in the driveway. The inside was decent. The view and the indoor pool area were the best part of the stay. For a quick getaway it was fine but I was very disappointed in the outside conditions especially when I was expecting what the pictures showed.

Stunning view and cozy cabin

This cabin is perched right on the edge of the mountain and it commands a breathtaking view of the Tennessee River valley. Absolutely beautiful. The hot tub at the cabin is perfectly positioned for a great view while being sheltered from the wind. Improvements that could be made: - baking sheets and roasting pans for use in the oven- dish drying rack and dish towels- visitors' journal - listing should specify the grill is charcoal, not propane, and visitors need to supply their own charcoal.The main pool house was incredible and our teenage boys spent hours there. However the hot tub at the pool house is a biohazard. Seriously, the water was disgusting. It should be cleaned up or drained out so no one gets sick.We had a great time and would surely come back again!

Amazing views

This VRBO has the most amazing views, the fire pit has great view of river and so does the hot tub, the perfect way to relax! Or have coffee on the porch with the view of the river. The place was clean and nice.

We were there for 5 nights. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and barnyard critters in between our jaunts to hiking or Chattanooga. No one was ever bored. I have already recommended this place to my friends.

This was our second stay. We brought our entire family 8 members. Age 12 to 62. The kids loved the pool area. Enjoyed seeing chickens and goats. Very unique is having pool table around the pool. It was an awesome stay!

We would return…..

Most things were great, and the owners were easy to get hold of if needed. The cabin was very clean, the heating worked great, and the view of the mountains was lovely.Great location for Chattanooga and surrounding areas. I feel that more could have been done to beautify the ground space immediately in front of the cabins…it was very bare with very little colour…I(I’m an avid gardener so I notice stuff like this.) 2 of The 4 ‘‘deck chairs ( one of which was a foot stool, were broken. They were immediately replaced but the replacements were not outdoor chairs or something you’d want to sit on for more then 10 mins. The hot tub was very clean and in perfect working order although the over head out door lights over the hot tub were probably not up to code. The guys could be wrong about this as we live in a different state though?? If the chair on the deck were replaced our stay would have been almost perfect😊

It was a very pleasant view and very nice cabin we loved it. If we are in the area again we will book this cabin again. We had a great time the staff and people were very nice as well as the place was. I think it’s a very nice place to have a summer camp held at.

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Fun for the whole family

This was a wonderful place for our family to get together. The cabin was well kept, kitchen was well stocked with necessaries for cooking family meals, beds were comfortable, and views of the river were breathtaking. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, the indoor pool, and the horses, goat, and chickens. The grands are already begging to go back!
