'The place was not clean at all! The leaving room didn’t have A/C and it was sold as that 2 people could sleep there! The bathroom smell dirty, the walls were dirty ! Not happy at all'

'We only booked 1 night but once we got there and saw how great it was, we booked a 2nd night. We had to switch rooms and both rooms were wonderful. We enjoyed how close we were to the Sea, the hammocks and the large patio area. It was nice being in a gated area. In the 2 apartment units we had, only the bedroom was airconditioned. That was okay for us as we didn't spend much time in the kitchen and living areas. The owner was on site and gave us restaurant recommendations.'

'We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. '

'Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host.

2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it.
3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence.

'The balcony was the best part and location. It needs still an update in some things like the mattress. Stairs are long and it has street noise. No air conditioning in the kitchen, and living room, but it has a fan.
Beware of some mosquitoes and it is like an old building, not renovated.
Comfy sofa bed!'

'Ofrecieron estacionamiento el cual no existe. La calle no es propiedad privada. Ofrecer estacionar al frente en la calle no es tener estacionamiento disponible.
La presión de la ducha fue como balance con un vaso.
De todo lo demás fue excelente'
