fijne plek om Boedapest te bezoeken.
Groot en net appartement. 10 minuten van de basiliek en binnenstad. De appartementen liggen in een appartementengebouw en zijn NIET te herkennen van buitenaf. De mevrouw wacht je buiten op. Het gebouw ziet er goed uit, de parkeergarage onder het pand is netjes en ruim. Met de rolstoel is alles goed begaanbaar. Liften, ruime kamer, brede deuren. Ons appartement had een voledig uitegruste keuken, oven, magnetron, koelkast, apparte slaapkamer, stofzuiger, strijkplank en bad. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader als je Boedapest wil bezoeken. Niet duur en veel waar voor je geld.

Onbetrouwbare aanbieder en schandalige bejegening
Na een tussentijds verblijf in Bratislava zouden we nog een dag in Boedapest doorbrengen voor we weer naar Nederland zouden vertrekken. Bij aankomst werd ons doodleuk verteld dat ons appartement al vergeven was. Hoewel dat al vervelend genoeg was, werden we ook nog eens voorgelogen over de reden waarom. Eerst was het omdat wij geen bevestiging zouden hebben gestuurd, toen omdat Hotels.com niet meer zou bestaan en toen we belden met hotels.com, omdat de leiding van Adler net was vervangen. In plaats van ons rustig te woord te staan en op zoek te gaan naar een oplossing, werd ons op beschuldigende toon verweten dat we niet hadden bevestigd dat we zouden komen. Allemaal grote onzin bleek later toen de aap uit de mouw kwam: wij hadden maar één nacht gereserveerd, terwijl de rest van de appartementen voor meer dagen waren gereserveerd. Geen fijne afsluiting van een verder prima vakantie.

現地通貨前払いのアパートです。
中欧を周る3週間の内4泊を利用しました 集合マンションの10室位をアパートとして貸し出しているようで入口に常駐しているのは、マンションの管理人でホテルの対応はマンション内の別の部屋に住む方でした チェックイン時に全額現金前払い( カード不可 ) でしかも英語はあまり通じず苦労しました アパート式のホテルに泊まるのは初めてで洗濯機、ガスレンジ など便利に使用しましたが、器具に対する事前の説明又は英語の説明書があればもっと良かったです。 観光、買い物等は全て徒歩圏内でしたのでロケーションは便利でした。

Simple Apartment, Convenient Location
Apartment is at a central location and it is convenient to get to most sightseeing places. Apartment is reasonably furnished and simple. There is no air-conditioning in the room, and it seemed that many hungarian apartments may be like this?? Another negative was that the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as i can feel the springs throughout the night.

Epäystävällinen palvelu
Matkamme oli muuten oikein iloinen ja onnistunut mutta en ole ikinään matkoillani tavannut hotellissa niin epäystävällistä palvelua (tai siis sitä ei ollut)ja kun kysyimme jtkn "rouvan" ilme oli kuin olisimme vain häiriöksi... Sijainti oli loistava:)

Adler Apartments
I booked the Adler Apts solely because of its location and from this point of view it was excellent as we could walk everywhere we needed to. Our 1 bedroom apt. had a pull out sofa in LR & could sleep 4. It was clean but basic. Kitchen has microwave, toaster, oven, electric kettle, etc. and cutlery & plates etc. & there is a supermarket a block away. Bathroom also had washer & dryer. TV in LR but only channels in Hungarian :( Despite the fact that the apt. is in the middle of the "party district" it was extremely quiet - all the apts face inwards towards a court and not onto the street. Bed was soft to sit on but okay for sleeping. There is an elevator. The one negative is that we were given only one key. Key fits front door and the apt. door so if people come back separately you need to wait for someone to open the front door. There is a security man so I guess one could bang loudly but I waited a few minutes for someone to come. The woman who manages the apts. speaks limited English. When we first arrived no-one was downstairs - you need to press a buzzer + number on the outside and there is a phone number if you have a working phone (which we didn't). I did find that if I emailed someone did respond with answers to questions etc. I would use Adler Apts again because of the convenience. By the way, the apts are not all rentals - many of them are owned and people live there year round. Only about 2 floors are rented.

L accueil est frais mais l immeuble avec parking gratuit en sous sol et les appartements sont propres et correcte ...bien situé sans etre bruyant nous y reviendrons si le prix ne change pas...!!!

Schönes Apartment inmitten der Kneipenmeile
Ingesamt ein sehr schönes Apartment. Allerdings lies die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten bei Ankunft und Abreise zu wünschen übrig. Aufgrund der guten Lage, insbesondere für junge Leute, konnte man aber leicht darüber hinweg sehen.

Hotels.comin varaussivustolla ei lukenut, että koko yöpyminen pitää maksaa käteisellä saapuessa. Lähes kaikki paikalliset valuuttamme meni hotellin maksamiseen. Lisäksi hotellin astiat olivat likaisia, siivousta ei ollut ja sängyssä ei ollut petauspatjaa. Myös erikseen tilattu vauvan sänky heilui valtavasti, ja vauvalle oli pedattu aikuisen tyyny ja peitto.

Ok utstyrt leilighet ,kunne hatt en overmadrass i sengen litt hard seng. Plus for masse varmt vann og godt trykk i dusjen. Passe plass til 2 personer. Leiligheten ligger midt i smørøyet ,gå avstand til det meste 24 timers åpent kolonial butikk 50 meter fra inngangs døren. tar gjerne et opphold til

Best location! Large apartment but dated. Fun street. Staff could be friendlier. Sheets and towels not changed for three or four days. The living room couch bed should be replaced. Overall we were pleased. I recommed it if the user is not fussy.

Adler Apartments nejsou hotelem v pravém slova smyslu, jde o byty nacházející se v bytovém domě. Nespornou výhodou je parkování v podzemní garáži, při našem příjezdu byla ovšem ulice ze strany vjezdu (jde o jednosměrnou ulici) uzavřena z důvodu stavebních úprav na jednom z domů a paní správcová, která nás ubytovávala nám prostě jen stroze oznámila, že "parking not possible" a tím to pro ni bylo vyřízeno. Problémem pro správcovou však bylo (a byla proto poněkud nepříjemná), že v rezervaci bylo uvedeno jméno manžela a při přihlašování k ubytování jsem jednala já. Čistota apartmánu byla ucházející, když člověk pominul výrazné fleky na potahu pohovky. Poloha ubytování jednoznačně skvělá - přímo v centru. Kladně lze hodnotit i nižší cenu (právě vzhledem k poloze v městu). Nicméně celkově hodnotím toto ubytování jako mírné zklamání (s ohledem na fotografie na oficiálních stránkách Adler apartments a i vzhledem k jednání správcové).

Это квартира, пологаю не одна, в многоэтажном доме недалеко от центра города. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. (плита, холодильник, набор посуды, даже стиральная машина) Трудно найти,название присутствует только на табличке домофона.

Nice apartment - shame about the staff
The apartment itself was very nice. Recently renovated - it has just about every amenity a traveller could want. We found it to be clean (except for the kettle which was so clogged with some kind of residue that it was utterly unfit for use) It was nice to have use of a washer/dryer. The apartment is very conveniently located and there are plenty of decent restaurants and shops nearby. The parking garage is a definite bonus, and was one of the reasons we chose the apartment. HOWEVER, our experience with the staff was extremely unpleasant. The older woman who "greeted" us was extremely rude at every turn and exceedingly impatient. It was almost beyond belief. While we parked in the underground parking we took a few moments to collect our luggage. She told me that "you check in NOW, come get bags later - I have appointment" I told her that she did indeed have an appointment - WITH ME. Unfortunately, this woman seemed to think she should perpetuate the horrid, but time-honoured Eastern European (ex Communist) customer service tradition of treating those that pay your bills with utter disrespect. I was bowled over at how inconsiderate she was. Having to deal with her again a couple of times during our stay, I confirmed that she was not simply having a bad day... Consequently, despite the positive aspects of the apartment, I cannot recommend Aldler to other travellers. It would be worth spending more money to avoid having to deal with the staff.

Excellent location and price.
The apartment is located in the Prest area with everything you need around. Great restaurants, grocery stores, currency exchange and the metro. The apartment was clean, everything we'll kept and new. We faced an interior courtyard, it was quiet and with a lot of light. I will recommend it and will stay again.

Great location in middle of Jewish Quarter. We were on an 18 day trip and the apt. having a clothes washer was perfect timing. Being in the city with a rental car is not the best of ideas but this accommodation afforded free secure underground parking which was one of our major criteria. On location agent was very helpful.

Perfect for our price range
We spent 3 nights in Budapest for a city sightseeing trip. We found the apartments ideally located for access to shops, restaurants and transport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would defiantly go back.

Aufenthalt in Budapest verbunden mit der Teilnahme am Nike Halbmarathon. Besichtigung der Stadt etwas enttäuschend wegen zahlreicher Renowierungs- und Strassenarbeiten, Viel Lärm und Staub. Nette Menschen, kaum Verständigungsprobleme. Niedrige Preise. Kostenlose Bahn, Metro und Bus für Senioren.

Decent stay for the rate
The secure parking garage is a bonus considering there is little to no parking on the streets. The road (alley) that the hotel sits on is busy at night and loud if you have the windows open in the summer. The security guard at the front of hotel is nice. The apartment was functional and sufficient. We are a family with two young kids and though the apartment was "clean" When my son crawled on the floor, I picked him up and he was covered in dirt. It could have been cleaned better. It's nicely located to the city center and bus stops as well as restaurants and super markets. It's pay cash in local currency upon arrival. I would stay here again.

Quiet and in the center
In the center - e.g. about 2 mins walk to the synagogue. It is self-catering with a kitchen, stove top, fridge and a washing machine, but no dryer. Tip: the washing machine takes 2 and a 1/2 hours to complete (unlike a US washer which takes about 30 mins.) Quiet because it does not face the street. Would definitely stay there again.

Stor härlig lägenhet med balkong mot tyst innergård trots att läget är väldigt centralt. Minus dock för fuktskade toalett och badrum. Stängde man alla fönster luktade det inte så gott. Får dom bukt på det problemet och rustar upp skulle det blivit en 4.

Riktigt bra läge
Hotellet låg riktigt bra, gångavstånd till det mesta. Skönt med en rymlig lägenhet med ett bra utrustat kök. Städerskan bytta handdukar ett par gånger under 5 dagar, helt ok. Vi älskade duschen som var som hemma, alltid varmvatten och bra kräm :) Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.

Very nice apartment - recommended
The apartment we received, was very nice from all points of view. Good location - in the center of Budapest, quiet , clean and so on. The parking place they offer is a big advantage, otherwise you can hardly find a parking place in those busy and narrow streets. The gentleman, that accommodated us very nice, many thanks to him for his patience and understanding. We were supposed to arrive at 6-7pm and we finally arrived at 3 a.m., because of a big congestion on the highway. I highly recommend the Adler apartments and I would certainly go back there anytime.

Great location! Would recommend it.
This was the first time I rented an apartment instead of a hotel room and I’m going to do it in the future for sure. The price was better as any hotel could offer for two of us, and this choice is much better if you want to experience the city from a different angle. There is a kitchen, washing machine, free parking / internet. The location is excellent. The entrance to the garage is extremely narrow we scratched our car and we saw the marks on other cars too. The apartment was cleaned well but the inappropriate comment what I overheard from the cleaning lady etched in my mind.

Bardzo wygodnie położony i komfortowo wykończony apartament w nowo wybudowanym budynku w centrum miasta. Jedyne "ale" to brak internetu przez pierwszy dzień. Po interwencji dostalismy bezprzewodowy dostęp do sieci dopiero drugiego dnia.
