Als u wilt combineren oud en nieuw, als je liever een centrale locatie met een rustige, romantische sfeer, bieden wij een zeer helder, mooi duplex van 80 m2, in het hart van Boedapest. Het appartement is gebouwd in 2010, is gelegen in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van het historische Andrassy Avenue met de Opera, de achthoek op de Grand Boulevard en de populaire Franz Liszt plein met zijn unieke sfeer en de verschillende bars en restaurants. De Szechenyi Bath, Europa's grootste bad complex is ook slechts een paar metrohaltes. Het appartement is gelegen op Fußdistanz naar Westbahnhof waar andere nabijgelegen steden snel kan worden bereikt. De Szondi appartement is ideaal voor degenen die willen verkennen Boedapest op zoek naar historische ambiance met goede verkeersverbindingen en willen de drukte en cafe het leven in de stad te ervaren van de directe omgeving.

Het duplex appartement is gelegen op de bovenste verdieping van een prachtig gerenoveerd historisch Wohnauses met lift, en biedt alle gemakken voor een ideale 2-4, max. maar ook voor 6 personen. Het is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, met de bovenste verdieping heeft ook een klein terras. Het appartement is zeer goed en comfortabel ingericht, met koelkast, vriezer, oven, inductie kookplaat, vaatwasser, waterkoker, borden, potten, wasmachine, haardroger, CD-speler, airconditioning, 3D LCD satelliet-tv, gratis internet (WiFi)

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate. Excellent communication with the host, who has thoughtfully equipped the space with everything you may need during your stay. Good location in a quiet neighborhood near the train station. Most sights were easily walkable or accessed readily by nearby public transit.

Das Apartment war sehr schön und detailverliebt ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Trotz zentraler Lage war es durch die Terrasse zum Innenhof insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wir waren fast eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were happy with the flat's cleanliness and the way Mária equipped it with all necessities, not to mention the wine and chocolate. We were there for 5 nights and it was ideal for us. While we had a rental car, parking for which required a bit of planning on our part (and helpful information from our gracious host), we got around by public transport visiting this beautiful city, and we’e happy to crash in the comfortable beds at the end of each day. Although in an inner city suburb, the place was quiet and there was no trouble from neighbours. Cooking facilities were great with the special touches of oil and spices that made it feel homely. And a singing elephant on the bookcase that became legendary for our family including adult kids… Highly recommend this apartment.

Pensioners can travel free on public transport Shoes along the Danube is a touching reminder of the horrors of WW2 and the fate of Hungarian Jews etc at that time On the whole the Hungarians tend to speak English, are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in this apartment with my husband and two college-aged sons for two weeks on vacation, and it could not have been more perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very modern. It even has a washer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. We enjoyed the terrace for drinking our morning coffee, having dinners outside, and a nightcap, as well as for line-drying laundry. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed; we felt like we were staying with family because of all the nice things they provided (shampoo, dishwasher tabs, spices, oils, q-tips, etc.). The location can't be beat: close enough to walk to tourist sites, but far enough away for peace and quiet. It is also very close to the Nyugati metro and train station, with grocery stores and a pharmacy just a five-minute walk away. We loved our time there and hated to leave. Additionally, the Hungarian restaurant Karcsi, which had delicious and affordable food (pay in cash), is only five minutes away. And working with the owner was a breeze. She responded quickly whenever we had a question. If I could click my heels and go back there, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Budapest. Die Vermieterin Maria war sehr nett. Die Wohnung wunderschön. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war auch super. Wir konnten zu Fuss vieles erreichen. Für größere Unternehmungen waren Bus und Bahn ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben leider nicht alles von Budapest sehen können. Da reicht 1 Woche nicht aus. TIP: Parkplatzsituation katastrophal, lieber gleich ins Parkhaus fahren.

Of all the apartments we stayed in, this one had the best kitchen equipment ever. It would have been a pleasure to cook there, but we were too lazy and went out all the time. Which was easy because of the central location – short walks to good restaurants. Also only seven minutes by foot to the train station. As tram, metro, and bus stops are also close by, it was very easy to get to more remote attractions, too. The apartment was big, very nice for the three adults we were. As it's on the fourth floor, there is enough light coming in even though all windows give to the courtyard. Check-in/-out where smooth and perfectly described by Mária.

This is such a cool place, a hidden gem on a main, busy street of Budapest. The communication of the host is stellar, and so we’re the self-check in instructions with step by step photos for help. Amazing and easy! Very clean, comfortable, convenient and even a gift of a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. The host also left an info binder with very helpful suggestions on their favorite places nearby to eat. We tried several of them! Parking is tricky in general in Budapest, but the host helped us navigate that with our rental car as well. I loved entering the courtyard and the apartment each evening after a long day of touring.

This property was in a great location, close to all of the attractions, cafes and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was located in a central location nearby Oktogon and Nyugati Station and walking distance to tram 4 and 6, which runs 24/7. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was well-located near the Oktogon transit stop. It appears to be a newly renovated flat in a building with some other apartments that are also being re-done while others looked empty. We loved the ease of getting around and the building has its own gritty charm. Air conditioning was much appreciated since it was in the upper 90’s during our stay. We did not use the kitchen much other than coffee and microwave but it is well-appointed with lots of dishes, pans, cutlery and spices. The welcome bottle of wine was lovely. Elevator is small like most in Europe. We used the stairs up to the 4th floor most of the time. It was more quiet at night than I expected considering it is close to Terez, a major road. I am happy I chose this for our stay. Our group was myself (mom) and two young adult sons. They did go out a couple of nights and felt totally safe. I myself felt safe walking in the daytime and no concern when we got home late together.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung. Metro und S- Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen Kommunikation mit Maria hat hervorragend geklappt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden bem nächsten Budapest Aufenthalt wieder dort verbringen.
