Dear Emma, I would have been glad to hear these complains at the time we met in our reception on the day of your departure. We have replaced the missing sweeper and the broken light bulb instantly when you contacted us. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking your time writing a review about us. We apologize for the level of the cleaning, please note that usually we are taking good care of it. We always appreciate if guests are sharing their experiences with us, even the bad ones, and we do our best to fix those. We noted down the complaint about the bed, but since your review is anonymous, unfortunately we do not know which apartment to check. Same case with the water. As for the balcony, well, we are in the center of the city, located in a district mainly with one way streets and the houses are roughly the same size. The balconies here are not good for sunbathing.
