Dichtbij OV mogelijkheden. Goed ontbijt. De kamer was erg stoffig en vieze vlekken op muren en tapijt. Prima douche en koelkastje, waterkoker, goed instelbare airco. Fohn deed het niet. Prima plek voor het bezoeken van Boedapest en het festival Sziget.

De ligging is prima, leuke inrichting.
Centraal gelegen hotel, op loopafstand van Donau en het parlement. Wij hadden een ruime kamer (521) met een klein balkon, ruime badkamer en een kluisje. Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt, handdoeken vervangen indien gewenst. Het tapijt was helaas vol vlekken, verder netjes. Het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende, te nuttigen in 2 ontbijtzalen. Ligging hotel t.o.v. openbaar vervoer is goed. Mooi winkelcentrum om de hoek. In Boedapest viel ons op, met een enkele uitzondering, dat de werknemers erg stug doen. Ook in het hotel was onze ervaring een afstandelijke benadering. Al met al prima prijs/kwaliteit.

Een prettig hotel. Vriendelijke bediening.
Het is een prettig hotel. Voor ons was het belangrijk dat het treinstation Budapest Nyugaty op loopafstand is.

The front reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in an area where you can walk to many tourist sites, cafes, and shopping areas. 10/10. So, the room was not clean, the toilet had a paper seal that it was cleaned. I removed it and the bowl had poop, and urine drippings on the seat and hair. The shower has green something on the tile and glass doors. The towels were about 15 years old, and we're very stained. The sheets were very old and thinning out. The bed cover and decorative pillows were torn and also old. They could not hold the shape. I removed them off the bed. The walls had markings on it, all over. The refrigerator had old crumbs inside and it was dirty. The safe in the room was not secured to the wall or anyplace, you could pick it up and walk away with it. The bolt to the door was missing, a hole in the door. I debated leaving, however we had so much luggage and had already began to unpack. I'm sure if I would have notified the front desk they would have taken care of the issues but I didn't want to be the type of guest that complains. At the same time I could have given them the opportunity to clean the room. The hotel is nice, perfect location. I do recommend staying here, but do check your room before settling in.

The staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for you, each and eveyone was lovely. The room was lovely, but had a damp smell (which you only smell upon entering the room) We also had a leak in the bathroom ceiling which may have explained the smell (as it didn't look new) However, would not stop me staying at the hotel again or even putting a bad review in as other that that, I could not fault the hotel or it's staff. Breakfast was lovely, it was a bout a 20 minute walk from the city centre, but again, this didn't put me off the location, as it was a nice walk and the bus stops were near by too! I can reccommend Matula Bistro accross the road, a lovely little bistro and reasonably priced too! Would strongly reccommend this hotel to others and Budapest in itself.

Great location for train station. Easy walk to Parliament, Margaret Island and river. Also not too far from main areas of the city. We were there for the Christmas markets, which were interesting and enjoyable. The weekend was very busy. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a little dated but the hot shower was great. There was plenty of food for breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is old and needs a renovation and deep clean. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days and we had to keep going down to reception to ask them to send someone to clean it. The lighting I’m the room was very poor. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again. It should be rated 2 starts maximum.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen, hier dürfte gern einmal modernisiert werden. Schon wäre es, würde die Klospülung erneuert werden, sodass man nicht 2-3 x spülen muss. Frühstück ist OK, ist aber sehr einfach gehalten. Für einen Städtetrip von 3-4 Tagen ist das Hotel in Ordnung. 4 Sterne wie angeschrieben, naja

Ok hotel men spis din morgenmad et andet sted
Personalet var super søde og hjælpsomme. Sengen var god så man sov godt. Ligger tæt på metro så det er nemt at komme rundt. Og der var masser af skønne steder at spise lige i nærheden. Men wc låget skulle været lukket altid da der ellers lugtede af urin. Tv på værelset var så lille at vi så bedre på vores egen pc. Morgenmaden var uspiselig. Brødet var tørt så det blev til rasp når vi skar det. Udvalget af pålæg og varmt mad var kedeligt og kaffen udrikkelig.

Staff are excellent. Room size is little under size for a couple, some room features are weird, for example: the chair under the desk can’t be moved out for seating, the water stopper for the sink can’t be use due to too close to the wall, but all these are minors. Overall this hotel is good. Recommend.

Rom i 6 etg , egen veranda. Rom slitt og ikke rent , men ble rengjort på nytt etter jeg sa i fra. Seng mindre god. Personale var veldig service vennlige og gjorde absolutt sitt beste. Fint opphold , tross standard.

Nice break in Budapest. The hotel was nice staff were friendly. Good selection of Breakfast. The rooms were cleaned every day. The area was close to all amenities and attractions

Ottima struttura in una buona posizione e con possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio a pagamento interno. Personale molto professionale e gentile. Colazione a buffet di buon livello. Camera bella e spaziosa con bagno sontuoso e doccia con parete e porta vetrata. Materasso ottimo e scelta di vari cuscini da utilizzare. Ho avuto un problema (improvviso cattivo odore nel bagno) e mi è stato risolto in maniera sollecita e preofessionale. Un posto dove tornare con piacere.
