Ontbijt was vrij beperkt ,de rest was top. Kamer compact maar zeer net en met de laatste technologische voorzieningen. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Prachtig nieuw en goed onderhouden hotel! Personeel is supervriendelijk, hotel ligt op een paar 100 meter van het bruisende uitgaansleven van Boedapest en het Heldenplein, Zoo en groot thermaal bad. Zeker een aanrader als je in Boedapest bent!!!

The reason the hotel got 4 stars from me is because of the way the superior rooms are advertised. They only have 3 bedrooms with sofas and the balcony with a good view. The rest are called superior but don’t have sofas to sit on.l and are small. Please don’t be mislead by the first picture on the website. The other issue I had was the rooms have set temperatures so one cannot reduce the temperature of their room and the rooms can get very hot. No option to open the windows either. I could constantly hear the washing machine running from my bedroom too. On a positive note, the hotel is very clean and the stafff are very helpful.

Very clean hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast was fresh and lots of options. The hotel had many transport links all within walking distance. Will be coming back!

Well positioned close to the centre of the city, but far enough removed to be quiet and calm. Nice modern furnishings, although the iPad to control lights and heating was unresponsive and difficult to work!

Super schönes Hotel , perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service war super nett , besonders die Flasche Wein die wir geschenkt bekommen haben . Die Lage ist ideal, die M1 ist 5 Minuten nur entfernt. Zu Fuß läuft man in die Innenstadt ca. 25 Minuten und zum Széchenyi-Heilbad ebenfalls. Lidl und eine Apotheke ist nebenan . Der Preis war vollkommen okay. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a great experience traveling with kids and staying in the Panoramic Apartment. The apartment is located in a separate building from the hotel, but once we figured out how to gain access it was fine just more of a challenge since we were arriving after the hours of the reception (which are 07:00-21:00.) The apartment was spacious and nice, but our favorite features were the daily buffet breakfast (7:00-10:30 weekdays, 7:00-11:00 on weekends), the park right outside the frontdoor of the hotel, the walkability to the metro and to two grocery stores.

Nice modern and clean hotel but beware of paying extra for a “superior room” as the only benefit is you get a bigger window not a bigger room! Also, as reception closes at 9pm other guests can get away with making a lot of noise in the early hours after a night out and wake you up.

I highly recommend this place! Location is great, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything looked great just as on the pictures. The services are awesome and the hotel is super clean. Such a pity that I only stayed one night. Will definitely come back.

The economy apartment was outside the hotel in an old building which was not “smart” so keep that in mind if you want to book this room. We had a wine included with our vip access but they forgot even though we asked them twice. We had trouble opening the door of the house everytime and it would take hours to open. Breakfast was ok. They told us there was no upgrade as it was the highest level but considering how the apartment was it probably wasn’t. Not a 4 star hotel for us.

A great stay!
Good clean property in a very convenient central location, next to trolley bus and metro. Property had blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well presented. Staff was knowledgable, curteous and helpful. There was some minor construction next door during the day but the noise was not excessive and tolerable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Smart Hotel. We were given a free upgrade from a basic room to a superior apartment. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and attentive. The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of city sights. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Unterhalb des Zimmers dürfte die Wäscherei oder ähnliches sein. Es waren die Motor- oder Lüftung sgeräusche zu hören, welche in den frühen Morgenstunden beim Schlafen störten. Weiters der unangenehme Geruch vom Abfluss im Badezimmer. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

The hotel was nice and clean and located in a calm and quiet, but central neighborhood. Metro just nearby. We very much appreciated the spa/sauna that the hotel provided. Friendly staff. A bit thin walls, as we got woken up by our room neighbours using the hairdryer, sounded like they were standing in the same room. The room didnt have any windows, which can be good to know for those that are a bit claustrophobic. For us that didn't matter even though it would have been nice with some natural light. The profile of the hotel is that it is "smart" with some digital solutions. However, the smart display in the room, where one could change temperature etc, did not work very well at all. Nothing that concerned us though.

L'hotel un peu trop smart mais qui reste sympa
Petite chambre comfortable mais situé juste a coté de la réception, donc j'ai entendu la fermeture et l'ouverture de la porte principale. L'hotel s'est situé dans un batiment smart, peut etre un peu trop smart. Les fenetres ne sont pas ouvrable et la température ne peut pas réglé, j'ai eu 22 degrées, que je trouve trop chaud pour la nuit. Pas contre, le sauna était trop froid, et l'équipe ne pouvait pas mieux régler le sauna car c'était automatique aussi. La personnelle est adorable, le petit déjeuner était bon.

The property was a very pleasant surprise. It was cozy, neat and echo friendly. Loved the wine theme, evidently owned by person who own a wine business. Property feels more up to date than most of the bigger hotels I've stayed at. Wish I could have stayed longer.
