Beautiful hotel, cooperative and polite staff, always smiling and give you full attention at all times, decent buffet breakfast. Room and toilet were clean with high quality linens and towels. They have USB charging sockets in every room. You dont have to carry your international sockets for mobile phones. Would recommend this hotel.'

"Net hotel, zeker voor Delhi. Het is een erg grote stad. Gelukkig zijn tuktuk erg goedkoop. Het meeste dat ik betaalde was 2 euro 50 cent voor een rit van 20 min.
Centrum ligt 1 euro met tuktuk. Daar is ook Hard rock café alwaar men Westers eten kan krijgen
Iedereen wil iets van je. Dat is wel eens vervelend
Hotel is oké. Personeel erg aardig. Soms ook onduidelijke situaties. Het meest vreemde was de taxi terug naar vliegveld. Hotel gaf verschillende informatie. Volgens de een koste het zes euro. Volgens de ander met meter zeven euro. Uiteindelijk was het acht euro zonder meter. Koffer werd, niet vastgebonden, op een plaat op de auto gelegd. Dat voelde erg raar. Zeker omdat ik alleen in auto zat. Men rijdt daar heel bijzonder (toeteren is een nationale hobby)."
"Lovely personnel, very easy going and relaxed. Hotel was situated in a very busy street which we didn’t know as it was our first time in Delhi. But hotel felt safe and really was a way to relax in the very hectic street life. Rooftop was a very pleasant and welcome relaxing place to wind down. There was quite some noise outside and within the hotel that you could hear from the room. Luckily we are not very light sleepers so it didn’t bother us too much. Overall great value for money. "

Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel had given away my reserved room to someone else, likely because they can sell it against a higher price. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a guest, I expect my reservation to be honored, especially when it was confirmed well in advance. The staff showed no genuine concern or effort to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated.
This incident reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and integrity. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value reliable and respectful service. Avoid this place at all costs.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I regret to say it was far below expectations. The property is in poor condition, with outdated facilities and a general lack of maintenance. The rooms had a musty smell, making the stay unpleasant.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the assumption that there would be a gym, but to my surprise, there wasn’t one available. For the price charged, I expected much better amenities and services. In fact, European Ibis hotels are significantly cheaper and in far better condition compared to this property.
Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value or comfort.
