This beautiful home nestles in an idyllic rural setting on the outskirts of the ever-popular Bude, along the picture-postcard North Cornwall coastline. This spot is perfect for guests to enjoy all the coast brings, whilst being able to step back from the hustle and bustle just enough so you can fully relax within the calming countryside. Bude offers up three sun-kissed beaches setting up the runway for the turquoise waters beyond, whilst the town is also renowned for a wonderful variety of local shops and fine eateries. For active adventurers, the South West coast path presents the perfect opportunity to enjoy stunning scenery along the dramatic coastline, whilst further afield is the mythical Tintagel, famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, along with some brilliant South West attractions such as The Milky Way Adventure Park (15 miles), and historic fishing villages such as Boscastle and Clovelly, both under 16 miles away.
Upon arriving at this exquisite coastal home, enter into the opening hallway which is the perfect space to hang coats and slip off those walking boots after a day of exploring Cornwall. Directly ahead you can make your way up a few steps into the main lounge area which features plenty of comfortable seating with a Smart TV, games console and feature stone open fireplace to enjoy the sounds of crackling logs on those chillier Cornwall evenings. Directly below this lounge on the lower floor guests will find a further snug space with an accompanying football table and comfortable seating, providing entertainment spaces for all guests to enjoy at all times of year. Staying on the same floor you head into the beautifully light and spacious kitchen/diner. The kitchen provides all the appliances you need and more in combination with the utility space next door, hosting plenty of seating options with kitchen island seating in addition to the lengthy dining table where all guests can enjoy laid-back meals together. Switching up from lunch to luxury, with a feature not to be found in many homes is the indoor heated swimming pool and accompanying sauna room, which sits directly opposite the kitchen/diner through wide sliding doors. When the nights draw in you can retreat to your choice of 6 well-presented bedrooms dotted around the home surrounding the living spaces. A large double room features on the lowest floor with an added en-suite shower room and direct access to the outside patio area and garden, whilst a twin room is also on this floor with a separate shower room. The remaining four bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home hosting two further large double rooms, one with an en-suite shower room and two further twin rooms in combination with two separate family bathrooms. There is a separate WC within the utility, and shower room with WC accompanying the swimming pool and sauna.
This special home hosts an immaculate garden with hugely spacious lawn areas surrounding the home.
