Flat with spacious terrace, located on the first floor without lift. In the surroundings of the house, there is a well-maintained residential area rich in Mediterranean greenery, positioned at a very short distance from the main road artery of the town. The area is surrounded by charming villas and is strategically close to all essential services for daily life. Within a few minutes on foot or by car you can reach both the lively town centre and the renowned white sand beaches of the coast.



The entrance of the accommodation opens onto a small hallway that leads to the areas of the house. The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, dining table, sofa and TV. From this area you can access the terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and offers a wonderful view. Continuing through the house you will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The layout of the house is completed by a bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, just a few minutes from Budoni it is possible to reach other destinations such as the lively San Teodoro, with its social life and its beaches, or organise a trip to the beautiful Cales of the Gulf of Orosei.
