' Booked three nights in the Mirador Suite. The room and views are incredible. The entire staff here is so incredibly gracious and attentive to whatever needs you have. I can honestly say I don't think I've had a better hotel experience overall. The grounds are immaculate and well attended. The pool is nice and there is a game room for kids. Free breakfast also in a beautiful setting with views and great service. You will not be disappointed here. Already thinking of when I can return'

'Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Paola. She is fantastic! Our room was fine. We had the Master Suite and it was attached to another room. There was one very big downside. We could hear everything from our neighbours. The conversations, farts and snoring. Very unpleasant. Because of the many instagrammers, the atmosphere was also not really optimal. So perhaps we are not quite part of the target group.'

Never needed to go to far there’s everything in the area and super safe . Love how clean the hotel is and the option to get everything room services including some laundry . 'El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la zona norte de la ciudad, cerca a supermercados, restaurantes, panadería, centro comercial, y apesar de que está sobre la avenida no se escucha mucho ruido. El desayuno es muy bueno. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones son muv buenas y el hotel es muy bien conservado. En general es buena opción para hospedarse. 'This is a very new hotel. Very comfortable, good beds. Probably the best in Armenia. Some services are not (yet) up to standard. Breakfast is in a conference room, "do not disturb sign" is absent, no menu in the room, etc. Roof terrace has nice views, but absolutely horrendous lighting at night (like being at a building site)... The hotel does not have a gym.'

'Un lugar agradable, sencillo, con habitaciones funcionales, aunque en la que estuve un poco pequeño el baño, aunque 100% funcional. Se le debe invertir para darle acceso a personas con discapacidad motora pues solo hay escaleras. El aseo de los cuartos es bueno, la atención de los encargados es buena. Es un lugar que sirve para familias, amigos, parejas o solitarios, le falta un poco de iluminación a la zona donde se ubica. '

'La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, resulta muy conveniente para conocer la ciudad. La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas y solo había un ventilador pequeño, por lo que siempre nos sentimos sofocados y con bochorno. La cama, el armario y el televisor muy bien, pero la ventilación si muy deficiente. Respecto al baño, el sanitario no tenía tapa y el jabón era de barra pero parecía jabón de cocina. La ducha estaba perfecta.'
