Welkom thuis in ons gloednieuwe appartement, gelegen in het charmante en historische San Telmo! Uniek gelegen, onze plek is slechts een paar blokken van Plaza Dorrego, Mercado de San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Parque Lezama, Caminito en El Obelisco.

Goed voor gezinnen, stelletjes, solo-avonturiers en zakenreizigers. Ons ruime appartement met één slaapkamer heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om u thuis te voelen, met toegang tot Wi-Fi, Netflix, airconditioning, complete keuken, handdoeken, dekens en lakens.

This a great apt close to St Telmo and Boca. It’s great for 2 people but can sleep 4. The pool is an added bonus in the heat and great views if the weather coming and going.

Laura was a true delight! From the start, she was warm and accommodating, arranging a taxi for my airport pickup and providing a lovely travel guide once I booked the accommodation. Laura was always prompt and responsive to my questions through the app, making my experience seamless. Overall, she is an excellent hostess, and I would happily stay with her again.However, I feel it’s important to share my overall impression of the unit. While the description was accurate and the rooftop pool beautiful, some aspects fell short of my expectations. The building felt safe, but the hallways and gym showed signs of wear. Inside the unit, I noticed maintenance issues, like light fixtures detached from the ceiling and a mattress in need of replacement. Small details, such as wire hangers in the closet and mostly empty shampoo bottles, were surprising. The unit had a musty smell and high humidity despite running the heat, and it could use a fresh coat of paint. Better storage for cleaning supplies would help, and having laundry detergent and a clean sponge available would have been nice, as some dishes appeared dirty and there were stains on a pillowcase.Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of Buenos Aires and public transportation, making it a convenient spot to rest after exploring. Thank you, Laura, for your hospitality!

Nice home-away-from-home

Let me begin with stating that the hosts were wonderful to work with before and throughout the visit. They and the live-in building supervisor and family do well to take care of the needs of their guests. For a couple or just a couple of friends, this apartment is a wonderful place located in the heart of San Telmo a quaint older subdivision with a lot of charm. There is a grocery store close by and Ubers and Taxis are frequently passing for longer commutes. The community in the building is kind and welcoming also.

Convenient location, excellent host

This unit is very well located in the neighborhood and even within the building. The building is very secure and the lobby staff is very friendly and welcoming. The unit location at the rear of the building on a higher floor insulates you from noise on the street and makes it easy to use as a restful launch pad for exploring much of the city sights within walking distance. And, there are numerous restaurants and convenience shops if you forget to pack something or want to cook.

The location was great but there were cleanliness issues. The linens and towels weren’t even washed after the previous tenants which is unheard of. We had to wait two days to buy tokens in order to wash them. The pillows need to be replaced and the bed was uncomfortable. Good size. Excellent water pressure. 5/10.

beautiful apartment

Laura was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early and check out late. obviously, this cant always be done. the apartment is spacious and well equipped. plenty of storage space for all of our stuff. very easy to Uber to and from here. we explored a good part of the city. be very careful with your personal belongings, everywhere in the city. my husband had his phone stolen from his front pocket, in the downtown area in daylight. they're very talented thieves here.

San Telmo Experience

This one bedroom apartment is located in a newer building amid the historic San Telmo neighborhood. We did a lot of walking to see many sights but there is access to transit if a bus pass is purchased. There are also some nice restaurants nearby which we enjoyed.

Love this apartment!

Loved the apartment, the rooftop area/view, and the neighborhood. It was very easy to walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants, San Telmo Market, etc. The place was just what we wanted and we really got to get the feel of the neighborhood.

Wonderful apartment, well-meaning host

We loved the quiet, spacious apartment, balcony, views, and neighborhood. This rental was terrific value for a long stay. Laura was cheerfully accommodating when we had to change our arrival date and our departure time, and she kindly made our pre-dawn check-in painless. Host services during our stay were sometimes hotel-quality, other times spotty. To her credit, Laura provided us a wealth of valuable advice for our stay, and it took her only minutes to have a corkscrew delivered to our door! Other requests went unfulfilled for days. Though promised before we arrived, we did not get a second set of keys (needed for building entry and exit) until the 10th day of our 12-day stay, which was a real issue when one or both of us were out of the building on different schedules, as there is no staff in the lobby, and you need to use a key fob to unlock doors to enter as well as exit the building. We did not have the promised A/C in our BR for nearly all of our stay, and despite repeated requests, never got hand towels for the bathroom, a first for us with a VRBO property. These lapses notwithstanding, Laura is a lovely person who offers extraordinary value for travelers, and we're glad we found this apartment.

Una estadía hermosa! Dpto tal cual se muestra en la foto Con todas las comodidades y más. En un piso 9, pero con todas las ventanas y balcón asegurados. En una zona hermosa, turística, rodeado de súper, carnicerías, verdulerías, subte a 4 cuadras, y a 3 cuadras de la avenida principal donde pasan todos los colectivos q te llevan a dónde quieras. Laura el anfitrión, increíble!! Desde el momento que decidimos hospedarnos en su dpto nos ayudó a que todo nuestro viaje fluyera increíblemente! Sin duda ya tengo dpto para volver cuando visite nuevamente Buenos Aires!! Hiper recomendado!!!
