Good location, but not quite as depicted
Overall, we had a good stay in the apartment, despite the issues I mention below. The apartment's location is good too and there is a receptionist, which made us feel a bit safer in the building. A big plus was the fairly prompt communication by the managers of the apartment. They responded quickly and tried to help as much as they could (though half the time they responded in Spanish, so I was grateful for Google translate). The areas that need work are: putting more accurate pictures related to the apartment we were staying in, as it doesn't look at all like what was in the Hotels.com pictures I was shown. Next, the bathroom door was broken, so we couldn't close it. The team did send someone over to deal with this and other issues, but it took multiple attempts over a few days for some progress to be made and ultimately the door still couldn't close properly before we left. Also, there were small cockroach-like insects in the kitchen (they gave us a spray to use on them when we complained about that, but with no possibility to open windows, we didn't want to spray it too much). Finally, the internet was very slow in the apartment. It's not a major issue, but future customers would probably appreciate it if that could be improved.

AC do not work in their rooms
AC did nothing t work. They offered another room with same situation (old noisy AC). I went back to first room and did not enjoy my stay. They communicated well, but did not fix the problem.

Estádia boa. Localização excelente, quarto confortável. O que não gostei foi da claridade tem um cortina sem blecaute e parte abaixo não tampa o que fica claro e da pra ver outro prédio ao lado precisa melhorar isso ai.

El lugar es muy bien, es comodo, lo que si a mi no me sirvio mucho, debido a que el ancho de banda del servicio de internet no da a basto, ya que es compartido con otros departamentos. En mi caso que tenia uqe hacer video llamadas no me sirvio y me tuve que ir a un coworking. En la mañana despues de las 10 a.m. funcionaba bien cuando se iba la gente. Despues dejando de lado eso, lo peor es la cantidad de acaros y cucarachas, no podes cocinar o dejar algo de comida en la mesa o la mesada que se llena. Un asco, deberian fumigar, encima me cobraron 101 dolares dos noches. Fui por comodidad y tranquilidad, y tuve que salir igual para comer, estudiar y trabajar. Detalle extra, los tomacorrientes estan defectuosos. PRO: la cama muy comoda, y la limpieza de como recibi el dpto espectacular, en el baño funciona todo. La ubicacion es excelente si tenes que hacer cosas en el microcentro

Excelente localização, sendo q o quarto é no primeiro andar, a janela é lacrada, ñ tem vista, ñ correspondeu a foto do que vimos no site. Ñ tem como ver a luz do dia! Apelidamos o quarto de " caverna ". A cozinha é funcional e a recepção é ativa. O ar do quarto fica muito viciado por ñ ter ventilação. Ficamos 7 diarias sem limpeza. A cama é confortável. O cofre ñ funciona.

Excelente custo benefício.
Pelo custo benefício vale muito a pena, mas , faltam detalhes de cuidados com o WC que é essencial. Tinha vazamento, faltou papel higiênico. Na recepção te dizem que você está pelo Airbnb e que precisa solicitar com o local de compra. No mais, os recepcionistas são educados, o quarto é amplo e com boa roupa de cama e cozinha equipada. O local é de fácil acesso para tudo. Voltaria!

O Banheiro tinha baratas, era escuro e mau conservado. É localizado em uma região segura, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto é grande, a cama é ótima e espaçosa. A Cozinha bem funcional. No geral, mto bom!!!

Their pictures are deceptive is completely internal. It has AC but not no ventilation in the apartment room. Serious cockroaches infestetation one time in the bed, fecal odor covered with a nauseating amount of scent, dilapidated, floors, bathroom and kitchen, utensils and floor dirty, only window inoperable and showing an internal patio filled with trash, the safe inoperable, they refused to furnish the lock for it, 17 nights without any offer of sheets or towels change, closet with 4 drawers 2 of them needing extreme effort to open or close. I could not believe the place was this wasted and requested cancellation or exchange as soon as I had access and saw the place, but they refused. I couldn't believe Expedia selling a place this bad, never happened to me before. If you want pictures, I have many, including the dead insects I killed,

Todo impecable, lo único que le faltaba era más enchufes, solo hay uno en la cocina y dos en el baño. Se complica para cargar celular, para planchar, etc

Dias antes escribí preguntando si al hacer el check out podia dejar la maleta en custodia. Via correo electronico me dijeron que sí y tengo las pruebas. Sin embargo al retirarme la recepcionista me dijo que no ya que no era un hotel. Después de insistir la srta me hizo el favor pero cuando escribí directamente a xpedia o al hotel se hicieron los desentendidos. Por otro lado el depa tiene cucarachas pequeñas lo reporté y tampoco me hicieron caso. Las fotos que muestras no son fieles a lo que ofrecen. El depa donde to estuve daba a la zona de aire acondicionado que hacia bulla dia y noche. No volveria. Pésima atención al cliente.
