The bathroom is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, and the kitchen is ready for use with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The apartment has air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year.



The apartment's location is perfect, as it is in a safe and quiet area, yet only a few minutes' walk from the most popular tourist attractions in the city, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.
