We regret that your room has not fulfilled your expectations, in future opportunities, our superior ones have a beautiful view of 9 de Julio Avenue. Our solarium and swimming pool are designed with the purpose of allow our guests to relax a moment in their day being able to contemplate the city view from there. However, as you say, it is only possible to access by stairs pitifully. We hope you give us a second chance in a future, we learn everyday form our guests comments.
