'The pool and hot tub were the highlights of why we picked this property. Upon check in we were told it was closed. We wanted to exercise before heading to bed and it was 8pm. The front desk staff offered to refund us if we wanted to go elsewhere but we were from out of town and needed a place to sleep! We were disappointed to not be notified ahead of time and told so we could make other arrangements in another city on our road trip.'

' No breakfast offered. Refrigerator in room leaked freon gas. Room had a bad odor. People at the front desk said we could leave and they would refund the srcond night'

'We are repeat customers for the Blue Spruce Motel. It’s always very clean and has a very comfortable bed. It’s nice to have the mini fridge. Our only issue was how the bottom of the tub drain area looked in this particular room. It was old, maybe stained, and not remodeled like the rest of the room. In spite of this, we will definitely stay there again! '
