Noisy hotel with poor breakfast facilities
Room was ok but we had very noisy neighbours coming in at 1.00 am and they started their own party with loud music. After half an hour we called the reception with the request to take action. They promised to do so and A while iT was A bit better but later on during the night iT became louder again. This was continuing till 5.30 am. The sofabed is not really A bed and our son didn't slept Well, so for 2 people ok bu not suitable for 3 At the breakfast there were to many people and to less space. Also there was not enough available for everybody; so very poor as in the advertisement there is mentioned full warm and cold breakfast.

Hotel was closed and never bothered to notify me it was closed. I got there and noticed a paper sign on door. I had to find another hotel last minute... terrible experience from Townhouse hotel and Hotels.com

It’s not worth $
The hotel is not a non smoking hotel. The pool is not working at all. The bathrooms were filthy. I was charged for a premium and was given a regular room; the hotel booked my room. This place needs to have a health inspection done ASAP.

The hotel staff told me Expedia cancelled the reservation. So they charged me an extra $10.L I was so done I just agreed. The walls in the rooms are so thin I could hear normal voices loudly in my room. Every time the guests next door bumped their bed I could feel the vibration into my head board. Unbelievable . I complained to the young woman at the desk. She immediately moved me to another room😌. As I walked thru the halls I noticed other guests party noise coming from their rooms. I would not stay there.

We booked 2 rooms, we given key to first room while processing 2nd. My husband went to room 1 it was discussing, beds unmade dirty towels on bathroom floor, another guest was complaining about blood in his room .Worst part not only was I billed for 2 rooms for 2 nights but a cancellation fee and I never signed for 2nd room.

Rundown
If you want a cheap room they are your place. Very shady things going on there and didn’t feel secure or safe. The bed had stains all over it and the bathroom was dirty. We left because the door didn’t lock right and the hallway smelled like marijuana. I’m not putting my wife in a room like that to save a few bucks.

When we arrived to the property, we could not find it. We then entered the building and the front desk person was RUDE!!!! I went to pay cash and he looked at me like I had 3 noses and said that they did not have and change. There were people all over the place and 2 couples, that already checked in had issues in their rooms. The pool was DISGUSTING . When we finally were told what room we were in we had to find the directions our selves and we had to follow the masking tape on the wall with the numbers on them. It smelled like weed SO bad in the whole place. Will NEVER be back!!!

Choose this Hotel based on price.. got to the hotel to be told that the didn’t have any rooms, and the only way to stay would be to be for me pay to a larger room. Since my Uber was gone, I choose to stay. In the room, the toilet was running nonstop and the bathroom sink was clogged, with the garbage pal under it to catch the dipping water. The tv had no remote, so I could not change the channel. I did not bother to mention anything to the hotel as it was not worth my time.

I was over booked and the front desk guy tried telling me there was nothing he could do. Needless to say after waiting almost 45 minutes...I got a room for the price I had already paid. There was no working ice machine, no soda or vending machine. My room was only cleaned partially. I looked into the coffee pot and was still full with coffee and water from the last guest. The ice bucket still had remnants from the last guest. The There was an open used shampoo in my shower. I was very disappointed...but with the deal they were offering...I wish I would've spent the extra on a decent hotel. The hotel needs to get its employees on the same page and trained properly. There was one poor cleaning guy and he did his best to bust his ass...but not only one person can make a difference!!!

Apparently this hotel was recently purchased and the name changed to "OYO Townhouse". DO NOT mistake this for "Townplace" by Marriot. It was dirty and rundown and, quiet frankly, a little bit scary. I DO NOT recommend!

The elevator did not work. There was no water in the swimming pool. There was so much garbage in the cans outside and inside of the building. There was no water bottles to drink from. The hotel said they offered a hot breaffast, but there was no breakfast. The room was the only clean place i saw. This hotel needs work fast.

Yikes! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I should have known the property was going to be dirty from the McDonald’s wrapper left on the ground in the entryway when we got there. The place was dirty. Room numbers written in tape on the walls. Our door didn’t lock. The couch was falling apart. The wallpaper was peeling. The water dripped in the bathroom (which had hair in the sink and the tub). I’m honestly just glad we didn’t get bed bugs. Oh, and when we left 4 hours later, the same McDonalds wrapper was still on the floor in the entryway...do not waste your money. We only stayed because we were driving in an ice storm and I couldn’t keep my eyes open anymore. And we booked a 2 bedroom Queen bed suite and got a single room with 2 double beds.

I had booked this hotel for 2 nights but never got to check in due to being refused to the USA. I had contacted both expedia and the hotel for a refund,however I was given the run around. I need to talk to expedia, then expedia says I need to talk to the hotel, ect. Hotel said they were looking into it but 2 months later nothing was done, and now my time limit is up.

Great room for the price! It seems the hotel is (recently?) under new ownership and some renovations were in progress. The room was MUCH nicer than I expected, given our price point some hotels we have stayed at are not much to write home about. But this room was spacious, comfortable, had all the amenities and even a couch / sitting area. PERFECT for our travelling business needs. I would 100% stay here again.
