Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room was very clean. We were close to both the elevator and ice machine and it was not noisy. The breakfast was hot and provided a good variety for every taste. The scrambled eggs were fresh, light and fluffy. However my main complaint is the WiFi did not work in our room. When I spoke to the ladies at the front desk they said they could do nothing about that and that it happened all the time. I take exception with that. It is 2025/26. If your WiFi does not work in different parts of the hotel then your carrier is not providing good service. They should be consulted and the problem should be rectified. I expected to do work and conduct video calls from my room and could not. I had to go to Tim Hortons to conduct business. It was very inconvenient. If you want to be recognized as a top-rated hotel, please do better.
