• Sofa Bed: Bedding for the sofa bed is not included.
• Starter Supplies: An initial set of basic consumables is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing additional personal-use items as needed.
• Guest Verification: All reservations require a valid government-issued ID in accordance with our standard booking procedures.
• Arrival Process: Enjoy easy, contactless entry with our secure smart lock. Your unique access code will be shared prior to your arrival.

Pet Guidelines

We’re happy to welcome pets with prior approval.

• A $125 fee applies per pet.
• An additional $125 fee applies for a second pet.
• A recent photo of your pet along with updated vaccination records must be submitted before check-in for approval.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide precise directions and clear entry steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
Booking Guidelines

• Local Reservations: Guests who reside locally must reach out to the host before submitting a booking request.
• Check-In Policy: Entry is permitted only to the primary booking guest and any additional guests who are pre-approved and listed on the reservation.
• Guest Registration: Every individual staying at the property must be included in the reservation. Unregistered guests will result in a $75 per day fee and may lead to removal from the property if necessary.

Occupancy Rules

• The maximum occupancy is four people total, including both indoor and outdoor areas. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
• Visitors who are not listed on the reservation are not permitted. If you plan to meet friends or family, we kindly ask that you do so at a nearby restaurant or at their home.

• A working and valid phone number is required to ensure smooth communication and accessibility during your stay.
