'Because I was in flight my reservation was canceled. No text or email no warning. I got there at midnight and was told I could book another room for the next day at standard prices. I just got a different hotel. After hearing what I went through the new hotel gave me a room at discount. That's called customer service!'

'Planned a staying for 5 days, did not have any hot water for duration of stay manager called maintenance. He informed us that we have to run the hot water for 30-45 minutes before it will get hot.
Beds are hard and second floor ameels like sewage. Front desk said that it was probably the ice machine again. '

'Definitely an older property with upgrades that tried to make it look better. Shower head had a lot of hard water on it, pillows were very flat, carpet was pieced together with freying and no padding in areas, parking was a little difficult the first night because a big bus and a semi were taking up a ton of parking spaces. Staff seemed pleasant sometimes hard to understand because English was not first language.'

'This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.'

'The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock'

'Located in an industrial part of the city of Lubbock, the property seemed very safe, particularly given that there was no foot traffic nearby and nothing commercial within a mile. The rooms are spartan, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. This is a great cost-saving overnight stay motel.'

'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed.
Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren.
Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'Great price, but it seemed the most attention was to the beds. Kitchenette area needed a major update (rust on units). Very dim lighting and an incredibly small TV made it basically pointless to watch from the bed across the room. Friendly staff, but I don’t think I will stay here again. '
