'We traveled to Iowa for my son's baseball trip and this was an excellent place to stay! It was clean, spacious and very relaxing. Most of the families stayed in hotel but we were happy to have more space and a kitchen to make food and such. We felt very comfortable and fell so happy we chose to stay here!'

'The property was very nice and accurate to the photos. We were able to be close to our family and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. 'We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!'

'The house was exactly as advertised. It is an older home. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Pete was very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with one of the toilets. He replied literally minutes within my request to have it looked at and had it fixed the next day. Very pleasant stay.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandkids all slept camp out style in the family room in the basement. Beautiful home! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants. The only thing i would bring up is the ants in the back yard and front of the house. '
