Villa Škarline is located in the village of Baredine, in the interior of Istria. This modern villa is entirely secluded, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The interior of the villa covers 140 m² and consists of 2 floors - ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open plan space consisting of a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. Modern furniture in soft pastel colors enriches the space and makes it ideal for relaxing and staying in on colder days. The large windows and balcony doors provide a constant view of the surrounding greenery, and there is also an exit to the outdoor terrace with a seating area. The villa also has a corner for book lovers - a comfortable armchair and shelves full of books. All rooms are air conditioned.



Of the 3 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 2 are on the 1st floor. All rooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are also large wardrobes for storing clothes, desks, satellite TV and the indispensable exit to the balcony with a view of the countryside.
