Southern Breeze - Charmante Waterfront Cabin op Lake Palestine

  • Ga snel weg van de drukte van de stad naar deze charmante hut van 2160 m2 aan het Palestina-meer. De hut heeft twee queensize slaapkamers, een zolder met twee eenpersoonsbedden / twee stapelbedden en 2 badkamers, beide met toegang tot de hal en de slaapkamer. Home is volledig ingericht met alle linnengoed en keukenartikelen om uw vakantie zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De binnenmuren van het huis zijn gemaakt van hout afkomstig van het pand en twee verdiepingen tellende ramen in alle grote woonruimtes bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de prachtige dennen en wateren van Oost-Texas in het meer van Palestina. Het uitgestrekte terrein omvat een grote, schaduwrijke groene ruimte voor buitenactiviteiten, een boothuis met boot- en jetski-liften en een uitgestrekte patio die de breedte van het huis beslaat. De boothelling in de buurt is slechts een paar honderd meter verderop in de straat en er is ruimte in de oprit om uw boottrailer voor het weekend te parkeren. Het boothuis is een perfecte plek voor een middag zwemmen en loungen en is voorzien van een koelkast, een opslagruimte voor reddingsvesten / meerspeelgoed, buitenventilatoren en een stereo-installatie. Tyler en Jacksonville liggen op slechts een klein eindje rijden en bieden allerlei soorten restaurants en gezinsentertainment.

Everything was perfect. Southern Breeze is a beautiful place for a family get together. We loved celebrating our son’s graduation here. The kitchen was perfect for all the cooking that was happening…it’s fully stocked! It was so clean! The Christmas decorations were a nice touch! We all enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, smores out by the fire pit, and the sweet little cat, Blue Mae that enjoyed hanging out with us. I seriously didn’t want to leave! What a wonderful lake house! Thank you!

Outdoor experience

We were there to join family at Emerald Bay. We really enjoyed the lake view and the fishing have the fabulous boat dock. All we need was there for both inside and out so de comforts. We will defiantly keep this lace on our top priority list of places.

Great Get-A-Way

This home is an excellent vacation home. It has a great layout for couples and families. It has a unique set-up having 2 Master bedrooms with both bathrooms accessible from the bedroom and hallway as well. Very well stocked. The hot tub facing the lake was amazing!! The owner is very responsive to all communications. If I could give it 6 stars I would!!

Great Place

Summer breeze is a great place to get away from the city and have a great time at the lake. The property is as good if not better than the pictures show on the profile. It is very clean and has all the amenities that you could possibly need for a weekend at the lake. Veronica did an amazing job hosting the property and allowed us to have an incredible weekend at Lake Palestine. We definitely will be coming back!

LAKESIDE RETREAT

Driving in the neighborhood to the house is ghetto to say the least until you get to the lakeside. The homes along the lake are beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors were friendly and we even had a cat that came around when we were outside. I can't wait to stay again for next years fishing tournament

A little slice of heaven

We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed to accommodate our family of 10. My kids and grandkids enjoyed the HUGE back yard. The hot tub was nice even in 100+ temperatures. My guys enjoyed being able to fish anytime and even caught a few fish. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future. Just a small slice of heaven!!

Friend Reunion

Southern Breeze provided a wondrous stay for our family and our friends.' With four adults and six kids, we met the limit quickly, but never felt overwhelmed or cramped! The kids adored being outside on the back deck and in the yard, playing ball!! The breezeway parking made unloading in the rain wondrous!! And taking home clean laundry is absolutely icing on the cake!! ••My ONLY suggestions are to bring non stick skillets and spatulas from home, but other than that, every other possible item you'd need, is provided!! We have the highest recommendation for retreating at Southern Breeze!!

Quaint and Cozy

This property was perfect for our family. We were picking my son up from Pine Cove camp and decided to spend some time on lake Palestine. The house was as described and very cozy. Well equipped kitchen for big foodies (knives could used sharpening), she had cute snacks for us when we arrived. Very charming! Pool towels were provided. AC works well. Directtv and Netflix on the tv made it easy. Great spot on lake - no stumps around this spot - and pretty close to the boat rental spot. My kids really enjoyed the “hot tub”, even in summer, you can use it without it being on and still feels great. The gas grill was also great, and it was nice to have extra fishing poles for kiddos to use. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great lake experience!

Nice property with everything we needed. It was a quiet location and beautiful lake view. There were some neighbors very close but we had no problems with anyone. The backyard is spacious and well kept. Check in was a breeze.We did have a couple of cons/issues:It rained quite a bit while we were there, and rain started leaking into the living room. So we had to grab pots and pans to catch the drips. It was an unusually heavy rain. There were a lot of large mosquitoes as well, which might also be due to the rain. However, they did swarm around the house and made it unpleasant to be outside. All of that to say, without the rain and mosquitoes, I think we would have enjoyed our stay more. Also, the mattress unfortunately just wasn't very comfortable for us. (The kids did not mind theirs!)Tips: - Get groceries on the way in because it's a bit of a drive to a store--make sure you have k-cups/ground coffee if you are a coffee drinker (there's a keurig as well as a coffee maker), and extra toilet paper/paper towels. We also brought bottled water because we didn't care for the taste of the water. - The hot tub is not available during the summer, which we did not realize when we booked (but perhaps I should have read somewhere more closely--just adding here for others who may have missed it too!). Jessica was quick to respond to everything and we really appreciated that!
