'The room was clean and had a unique layout that had the bed facing the window, which had a great view of Asheville and the mountains. The bar and outside restaurant also have a great view. Complimentary champagne is available in the lobby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that parking was valet at $22 per night which was not indicated when making reservations.'

'Location is perfect for walking into town. The hotel is fairly new so everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful at checkin and through out our stay. The rooftop bar ( not part of the hotel) has great views and a great place for an early evening cocktail. Not sure about the restaurant since we didn’t eat there. As far as we knew there is no breakfast service in the hotel, which is not really a problem because there are several places a short walk away. The rooms are small...
