'The lodge was located in very rural mountains area and the landscape was beautiful and scenic. The property was well kept however they need to consider upgrading their electrical system. The staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. While they conducted a subway and advised us of the situation in the area. We ended up leaving the place we originally booked, and so thankful that we found Mad River Lodge to turn around our weekend getaway. We would absolutely recommend and return in the future. '
