Beautiful scenery. Comfortable and clean accommodations. The owners and family members are so kind. Lots of places to hike. Wonderful pool with comfy furniture. Everything in your apartment to cook a meal. Owners respond within minutes to emails/messages. Landscaping is amazing The smells coming from the flowers is intoxicating Lots of love is evident in the care of this home.

A place you would not want to miss

Beautiful excellent farmer’s house on top of the hill, peaceful and nice. We truly feel the good old days of Tuscany country side. The landscaping on the scenery, unimaginable. Our host are very kind and they keep the property so neat and clean.

This is an amazing place. The grounds and views were spectacular. Our hosts were welcoming and extremely solicitous. Our apartment was roomy and decorated in the style of a country Tuscan home. The location was perfect as it was situated near many of the famous hill towns of Tuscay. We highly recommend staying at this incredible place!!

Sylvia and Freddie have a beautiful home. You could not ask for a better location, spectacular views just looking out your window. Close to many towns in Tuscany. But best of all were our hosts. Most wonderful view and stay in Tuscany

The Freddi family did a magnificent job restoring this hilltop podere in Tuscany. The view overlooking the valleys to the south and west is incomparable, Montaltcino a few KM to the south. We ended up staying here for sunsets all but one night of our stay. And the fog in the valleys in the morning was magical. Sylvana and Georgio are welcoming hosts with a wealth of information about things to do and see throughout all of Tuscany. And the cooking class with their son Marcello was fun, informative and delicious. We highly recommend Podere Cunina

Magical slice of Tuscan paradise!!

We were looking for a place to use as our base while we explored Tuscany by car and loved the look of Podere Cunina. Our experience with this agriturismo and the Freddi family did not disappoint; in fact, it made the trip absolutely magical! The house itself is beautiful and the views from almost any angle have to be seen to be believed! From the apartments to the grounds, everything was beautifully kept and its location was perfect for heading out to the hilltowns during the day. The Freddi family was incredibly nice and their hospitality was boundless. We loved out stay and will definitely return to Podere Cunina for our next Tuscan visit! Much love and thanks to Silvana and her family and say hi to Dante for us!

Amazing Home and Setting

My partner and I stayed at the Taxus apartment at Podere Cunina for a quick stay at the end of our Italy honeymoon. What can I say but this place is so beautiful. The Freddie family are such warm and gracious hosts. The apartment showcased the authentic feeling of what a true Tuscany experience should be. The home sits upon a hilltop with stunning views in all directions. It was a perfect stay to cap off our trip, unfortunately we wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thanks for a great stay. Ciao!

A Little Piece of Heaven

Podere Cunina is a truly a little piece of heaven! The love and pride that have gone into every part of this wonderful property are evident down to the smallest detail. Silvana and her family are gracious hosts and eager to make sure your stay is what you expect. Our time there was 100% PERFECT from the apartment (Hedera), to the garden, (pick your own vegetables for dinner) the pool, the absolute peace and quiet, and fun cooking class taught by son, Marcello. Don't miss the cooking class! We stayed four nights and would return again with no second thoughts. You will definitely enjoy your time at Podere Cunina. Thank you to Silvana, Piergiorgio, and Marcello for opening your beautiful place to us and making sure we had the most amazing vacation.
