'The accommodation is in the middle of the nature and offers great viewing possibilities for monkeys, birds, various insects and more. It is quiet, rooms are spacious, food is delicious. Brenda did a good job and was ready to help every time. Keep in mind, it's a community location. You need a torch to walk in the dark. Some small suggestions: small towel in the room and soap to wash your hands'

'The first morning there was no yoghurt. I specially asked for it, but it was out of stock.'

'Fantastic service from Ivan and richard. Very clean hotel with great service and good food. Excellent staff! Highly recommend! '

'Everything was great. We would recommend early food orders and you will thoroughly enjoy your stay!'

'Brilliant staff, stunning location, attentive and professional. Rooms were spotless and huge. Food plentiful and was a perfect place to relax and unwind'

'Fabulous place just watch out google maps puts it in the wrong place only a little but enough if arriving late in the dark. Service excellent have to arrange for food to be brought in for evening meal but breakfast as good as it gets'

'Nettes Haus mit Pool ruhig Sehr netter Empfang gutes Frühstück Zimmer mit Balkon nur die Dusche hatte keinen Druck'

'Quiet and set apart.'

'The location was great for Fort Portal with the garden overlooking the mountains for sunset and sunrise views. The highlight was the delicious food, a great chef here. The room was spacious with outdoor seating to enjoy the views and it was clean and comfortable. You can hear music from local bars at night so earplugs might be helpful if you are a light sleeper as this is a city location. I would recommend a stay at this convenient and comfortable guesthouse.'

'Tout est parfait sauf les indications pour ci rentre. '

'Problems with expedia . The booking in manager was lovely as the wait staff . Brenda was somewhat accusatory that I hadn’t paid , I showed receipt but still wasn’t convinced. Seemed to think it was up to me to sort out how expedia pays them . Had to remind to stop Turning the hot water off too … '

'lack of internet was really unfortunate, but also the staff were not especially accommodating in general, and many of the food items on the menu weren't available.'

'Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely '
