Updated East Seneca Lake Cottage 3 Miles from Watkins Glen

This renovated year-round Seneca Lake cottage is located just 3 miles North of the Village of Watkins Glen. 3 Bedrooms (1 King - that is two twins put together, 1 Double, and 1 twin bunk). There are two full bathrooms. Washer/Dryer. The main floor features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen with center-island overlooking the dining area. The entire living area features windows with breathtaking views of Seneca Lake. A screened in front porch offers the perfect spot to enjoy evening breezes or sipping on your morning coffee. Just a few steps down to the 80 feet of waterfront where you can swim off the dock or shore. Hector Falls is located only a few cottages down the road. The cottage features Wifi & Cable TV, 2 kayaks and a lakeside fire pit. Convenient parking right at the house for up to 4 vehicles.

You'll want to come back every year to this lovely vacation home!

Beautiful home, great location, great experience

Mike's cottage is clean, beautiful, and stocked with all the goodies you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend on Seneca Lake. We spent most of our time hanging on the dock, kayaking the lake, or relaxing in the screen porch. The home was private, easily accessible and very clean/well maintained. Great location as well - a Walmart and downtown Watkins Glen are both less than 10 minutes away. Mike was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions that I had. Cant recommend this place enough.

Beautiful updated home

We had a fantastic week! The house is perfectly updated and spotless. It had all the amenities; we took advantage of the kayaks, fire pit (thanks for the wood!) and sitting on that perfect porch. Our hosts had even welcomed us with some lovely local beverages. 5 stars for this property and its owners.

Beautiful!

Beautiful, cozy cottage with a great location! We enjoyed not only the lake, but the proximity to Watkins Glen. We particularly enjoyed kayaking in the early morning, and enjoying a glass of wine from one of the many nearby vineyards on the charming, screened in porch in the evening. The cottage has everything you need, and the air conditioning is a plus. Hoping to come back next summer!

Perfect Vacation Spot!!

This cottage was simply perfect in every way. The views are beautiful and the home was so clean and very comfortable. The location is key here, as the cottage is close to anything you could really need! Michael (the owner) was great as well and made sure to provide us with his personal cell number in case we needed anything during our stay. My fiancé and I will be getting married next year around the same area and we have already told some family members to look into renting the cottage for their stay!

Lakefront vacation

The cottage is exceptionally clean and well appointed, everything you need is included. We really enjoyed the screened in porch, fishing off the dock and kayaking to the falls. It was a pleasure working with Michael, he was very responsive and accommodating when we had to make reservation changes. We would definitely stay at the cottage again!

Lovely cottage on beautiful Seneca Lake

This lovely cottage on Seneca Lake is the perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. The cottage is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. We spent many hours on the screened in porch enjoying the weather and the view. It's close to Watkins Glen and all that the Finger Lakes has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Cottage with a perfect screened in porch.

Comfortable beds, very clean, well stocked updated, cozy cottage. Kayaks were a wonderful addition, especially after kayaking into the falls area. Air conditioning units were a bit noisy at night but welcomed in the heat. Wonderful stay on lake Seneca! Thank you!

Perfect location by the lake

Loved loved this cabin. Just a few miles from Watkins Glen and surrounded by wineries, the cabin is in a great location for exploring, or just sitting by the lake. We were there during a heat wave there is always a cool breeze coming off the lake so the house never felt hot. We spent evenings watching the sunset from the dock or the screened in porch. Plus, kitchen is very well equipped. Best sandwiches anywhere are a mile away at Elf in the Oak.

A True gem on the lake

This property is an ideal location. Minutes from Watkins Glenn and some of favorite Breweries and Wineries. The house itself was exceptionally clean. The screened in porch provided a wonderful view and was used often. Enjoyed great sunsets from the dock each night. Ameneties from the kitchen, kayaks, washer and dryer provided an opportunity to enjoy our stay even more. Btw...you're only 127 steps from kitchen door to Hector Falls. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful view!

Communication from the owner was excellent. The cottage is very well stocked (the best I’ve ever seen and have stayed at multiple rentals). It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, an abundance of bath and beach towels, games, kayaks and even a float for a swim in the lake. The view was so gorgeous we didn’t leave the property once after arriving. Enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, taking the kayaks to see the falls (which were only a few cottages away! Such a nice surprise!) and enjoying the screened in porch playing games every afternoon. Thank you to the owner for honoring our reservation post purchase of the property. We made great memories and appreciated the opportunity to spend time at your place!

It was a bit crazy at first getting in to the house, since we where not told the house sold the day before. However Michael was wonderful in crazy transition from past owner to himself. We had a wonderful trip.
