'The room had a very strong scent when we went in. They also don’t come in to clean and make beds during the stay'

'Very clean and well receptive Workers'

'Really liked that in the evenings there was plastic ware, paper plates and napkins out available for use. So helpful if we brought a pizza back for supper. Hot coffee available 24/7.'

'We couldn’t sleep due to being so close to the turnpike. We would only stay here if we could get a room on the opposite side of the building'

'I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! 'The lobby is nice. Our room had some peeling paint'

'Nice place to have dinner and stay the night'

'The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down.'

'We arrived late at night. The guy @ the office was very friendly. The room is big and looks clean. The bathroom is clean with towels in a nice shape.'

'If you’re looking for customer service I’d try a different hotel. Nobody welcomes you or tells you the amenities they offer. I have been here a week and my room has never been cleaned. When you need trowels you need to return your old ones and then they won’t have all of them. This is an extended stay hotel where there should be silverware, dishes, glasses and pots and pans. Nothing is in the kitchen. The bathroom has basics so if you can bring your own. Hair dryer doesn’t work. Soda snack...
