'Uitstekend hotel. Dichtbij de stockyards en het biedt zelf een gratis shuttleservice aan op bepaalde tijden tussen het hotel en de stockyards. Ontvangst was goed en duidelijk en het ontbijt was ook goed en meer dan voldoende. '

'The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work...
