Kunstig Benoemd Historic Guest House

De kunstzinnig ingerichte historische pension staat bekend als de Dubuque Lane Guest House. Het is gevestigd in een historisch wollen molen wijk met uitzicht op de rivier Winooski in Burlington, Vermont. Het pension is onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht met originele kunst. Genieten van een uitzicht op de bloementuinen van het achterdek en de rivier Winooski uit de voorste ramen. Gast zal ontdekken dat de Dubuque Lane Guest House heeft de sfeer van een B & B met de privacy van een thuis weg van huis. U heeft een keuken, een ruime woonkamer en eetkamer, queen size bed, een complete badkamer en een eigen ingang, Wi-Fi, tuinen en meer.

Dubuque Lane Guesthouse ligt op Mill Street gunstig gelegen aan de rivier de brug van Winooski en een en een halve mijl van het centrum van Burlington. We zijn op loopafstand van restaurants en het nachtleven, de Universiteit van Vermont, St Michael's College en Fletcher Allen ziekenhuis. Een mijl van de luchthaven en het prachtige Lake Champlain. Vijfendertig mijl van de meest spectaculaire skiën op de oostkust. Een korte uur en een half rit naar Montreal, Canada.

This sweet little guest house was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s centrally located, the owner is lovely, fabulous art on every wall, and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. We’d stay here again in a minute.

Two adults staying for a three day weekend. Parking a car under the carport was great as there was some rain during the stay. Check-in was a breeze and the rental was clean and inviting, just as pictured. Walking distance to brewery and nice restaurants - 10/10 - would definitely stay here again.

Charming and comfortable guest house!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the guest house. We were warmly greeted by our host and Tootone the cat. We enjoyed being able to walk easily into Winooski, as well as up the hill into Burlington. Highly recommend!

Great Winter Getaway

My partner and I came to Vermont to celebrate our 8 year anniversary together. The weather was absolutely beautiful. Coming from Florida, we got to switch it up and enjoy some cold weather and snow for the first time. Our host was very accomodating and responsive to all of our questions. The location itself is right by the airport, and you can see a lot of good places with a short drive, since it's close to the interstate as well. Burlington itself was very quaint and it was nice to support so many local businesses during our stay. We did notice there are not a lot of major chains without driving further out, so be prepared to try some local food and drink. (why wouldn't you?) The house itself was very clean and well stocked with plenty of supplies, so definitely look before you buy anything. The included carport is a very nice feature to have in the winter, and the space heater in the house kept us nice and toasty. Overall, this is a great little spot to set up camp if you're looking to visit Vermont!

Absolutely perfect!

I can’t even tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! It was the absolute perfect location within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, and very unique shops and nearby nature and bike trails. There was a beautiful view of the gardens on one side, and the flowing river on the other. Megan greeted us, and the property was the perfect combination of comfort and authentic style. The fresh fruit, local milk, yogurt and cider added a special local touch and my favorite—fresh flowers! I could go on and on but anything I would say is not enough—it was Perfect! Be sure and try the nearby restaurants across the river—some of the best food we have ever had! And the shopping and breweries on church street was also a highlight. Be sure and check out the Lake Champlain Bike Trail.

Perfect little spot for a getaway

This was one of the best stays at a VRBO property we have ever had! The place was clean, nicely furnished and decorated and they provided lots of extras like fresh fruit, flowers, yogurt granola juice coffee tea. We felt right at home and Greg and Jennifer were wonderful hosts. Honestly it was hard to leave. A little slice of heaven.

Quaint with lots of little extras

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Winooski River. The artwork in the guest house was interesting and beautiful! We enjoyed the proximity to Burlington as well as the information book providing local restaurants, etc. There was fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk and granola, all locally sourced. A very nice surprise! The only complaint that we had was the significant amount of road and airplane noise. We don't remember reading that in any reviews. This was mostly during the day and not late at night. Knowing that, we would still stay there in the future. Perfect for a couple!

Fantastic stay and fantastic hosts!

Jennifer and Greg were the perfect hosts. We were in Burlington for the weekend to run the marathon and they had fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and granola waiting for us! The place was adorable and comfortable for the three of us. Cute area by the river and walkable to everything. Our first time to Vermont, but definitely not our last!

Absolutely wonderful.

Our stay was nothing short of lovely. Jennifer and Gregg were so kind as to put out snacks such as granola, coffee, and fruit during our stay. My sister and I were so grateful for how prime the location was to city of Burlington, yet how quaint and quiet it was at night. We are so thankful and would definitely recommend staying here!

Great property and location. Very comfy. Jennifer and Gregg are wonderful hosts. We loved the local coffee, granola, and milk in a glass bottle, as well as the fresh fruit bowl that provided.
