The apartment is freshly renovated and includes high ceilings, new furniture throughout, a washer/dryer, a large sparkling clean bathroom with clawfoot tub, and a massive private deck with unobstructed views of the city skyline and Lake Champlain.

Guest Access:
You'll have a private entrance and will be a sent a unique code for the lock that will allow secure access during your stay.

This home is located in the tranquil hill section of Burlington, a lovely residential area only minutes from the waterfront and downtown Burlington it's an absolutely ideal home base for exploring our little city and points beyond!

Getting Around:
The home is a 20-30 minute walk from Downtown and there are plentiful ubers and a bus stop nearby

Other Things to Note:
the controls for the firepit are located on the lake facing side of the base, please do not move or otherwise displace the firepit anywhere else on the deck.
