LBJ is een constant niveau meer, we hebben altijd water. Geniet van 115 ft van de oevers van het meer, perfect om te zwemmen, paddle boarding, waterfietsen, kajakken en vissen. Dit zijn enkele van de vele activiteiten die u kunt doen zodra u terugkomt van de actievolle open water minuten verderop. Lanceer uw boot vanaf de nabijgelegen bootlancering en parkeer deze op onze nieuwe bootstrook voorzien van bumperbeschermers. Geniet van de adembenemende zonsondergangen en de donkere nachtelijke luchten, perfect voor sterren kijken. Dit is een groot huis met voldoende ruimte om uw boottrailer te parkeren. Open concept grote chef-kokkeuken volop ruimte voor iedereen. Living Room is uitgerust met een 50 "Flat Screen T. V. met surround sound entertainment center met dvd en satelliet. Elke slaapkamer beschikt over linnengoed van het hotel en een flatscreen-tv met satellietverbinding en dvd-spelers. Veel soorten kolibries zullen je op de veranda bij hun feeders bezoeken. We zijn er trots op onze gasten een geweldig verblijf te bieden en u zult dit merken aan de aangeboden voorzieningen. We houden van deze accommodatie en weten dat ook na uw bezoek !!! Property was as depicted and a great size for a large group. Jimmy was great to work with and responsive to questions.We had five kids on hand and the bunks were perfect. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was spacious, and very well equipped. It made making meals and even a groom’s cake easy (we did bring the required pans and decorating kit). The massive back porch was a morning retreat for enjoying coffee and the rain, and the dock was great to fish off of and entertained for hours (many a hot dog was fed to the fish!).

We enjoyed staying here for a girls getaway. The house and location were perfect for our needs. Loved the large back patio and watching the hummingbirds feed. We used the kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, and we floated in the water off the dock. Water is not deep and bottom is kind of mushy, but no grasses or anything to be concerned about. Our host, Jimmy, was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We have already talked about going back with our families so our kids could have fun like we did! Such a nice place!

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. Kids ranging from 5-11. It was a quiet little getaway with water activities that kept everyone entertained and contained since it was off the main water way. The hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing were nice and relaxing activities after a long day of exploring the State Parks in the area. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Grocery store was 7-8 minutes away. Heating and AC worked well. Our kids wanted to go explore Enchanted Rock again so we can down mainly for that. We also stopped by Inner Space Caverns, and Inks Lake state park. There is so much to do around here that we could have stayed longer.

Excellent Property

We had a blast with our four kids enjoying the kayaks, paddle boards, and hot tub. The location is amazing and we enjoyed outings to Longhorn Cavern state park and Inks Lake. Everything was as described in the listing and the owner was available and helpful! Would definitely visit again!

We had the best time at this lake house! Cannot recommend enough! From its well appointed kitchen, beautiful views, lake toys and hot tub to the comfortable beds… all of it was fantastic! Jimmy is great to work with and is so helpful!

Great house in the country with great views!

The house was plenty big for a family and friends. There is a hot tub that looks over the water. The house is in a cove with access to the river. Best part is you can fish and take out the paddle boards and kayaks in the cove and then make your way to the river. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The reason it’s 10 out of 10

Everything you see is what you get. No surprises and easy to sit back and relax. The kitchen has a good amount of useful stuff and they even go as far as to stock fresh water/ ice/ coffee /wood /charcoal for the pit. The grounds were nicely maintained. The only downside for us personally is going down to the lake front- and only because knee issues so consider this as a con when renting for older people. I am certainly in favor of visiting again. Great host~ lovely lake house!

House came with all of the amenities advertised and everything we wanted. Very relaxing place for our group of 8 adults. The lake is very calm and peaceful just a few yards from the house. We definitely enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards.

Unplugged Birthday!

Great place to float in a no wake zone just off Lake LBJ! Cell phone service is limited at best but wifi if great. A short drive to town if you need anything. A quiet neighbor where everyone is extremely nice. Owner is next door if you need him, and he was extremely helpful.

Perfect Place

We stayed here for the total solar eclipse in April 2024. Our host was cordial, polite and helpful. We had so much fun. We used the big barbeque for dinner one night. The huge patio looks out on the water. It is perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. We could not have had a better time. I recommend this place 100%.

French country lake fun!

Friends spring break vacation with adults and preteens/teens. The house was beautifully decorated in a French Country style that made us feel like we were in another country. So detailed! Lots of space for the 8 of us. Never felt cramped. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, better than expected cookware and appliances. There were 4 kayaks and a couple paddle boards, plenty for our group to enjoy. We loved sitting down by the water watching geese on the little island across the water. The owner is so helpful and considerate. Locally we enjoyed the Longhorn Caverns and The Burnet County historic jail and square was such a fun outing. We would stay again!
