Girls Get Away
The cabin was perfect for our annual girls trip. The house has so many cozy places just to sit and sip coffee while chatting with each other. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of room. We all agreed that we would love to use it for a couples weekend.

Dreams Really Do Come True
The home is magazine worthy inside and out. The dead end street was quiet and perfect for a daily walk. The few other houses on the street are adorable. I walked every morning and only saw a chipmunk and the security man patrolling. The view was stunning. We drank coffee on the back deck every morning and enjoyed the stars and the sound of wild turkey and an owl. The house was very well stocked and we lacked for nothing. The four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were very much appreciated. Becca the host replied quickly every time. My siblings and all our spouses and I had a heavenly time so the street is perfectly named. We look forward to returning.

Weekend Away
This was our 2nd stay and it's a lovely, roomy house for 4 couples. The kitchen is large and well-appointed and we love the 4 bedrooms, each w a private bath. Working w Becca was easy and she responded quickly when I contacted her.

Loved that each of us had our own bathroom. That is hard to find when you have 4 couples. The arcade game in the basement was a blast. Well stocked kitchen! Very easy to find and the check in was a breeze.

Great get-away
Cabin was great for 4 couples. Loved that we all had our own bathroom in each bedroom. There was also a half bathroom which was also nice. There was more than enough kitchen equipment and utensils and bathroom linens for everyone. Becca was a great hostess. Answered all our questions very quickly.

Week end get away
What is very nice about the house the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cooking supplies the house is very clean every bedroom has its own master bath which is supplied with bath towels the screened-in porch and the hot tub made it extra special and the outside view was beautiful I have no complaints about this house at all our stay was wonderful.

Loved it!!
We stayed with seven family members (all adults) and had a wonderful time. Becca was great in every way. We couldn’t get in the secure gate at check-in (not her fault) but she figured out how to get us in. Had a minor issue with ants (VERY common for the time of year) and she immediately took care of it. The place is well equipped and a long way from a restaurant so we cooked in every night which everyone enjoyed. Used the grill a couple of times. Tons of room. Great layout. Only suggestion would be to update a few of the pots/pans, etc. There is no lake access from the place, but we did have lake views. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway!
Lakin’ it Easy was a great home for our annual family trip to Lake Cumberland. The 4 bedroom suites were wonderful and we LOVED the two refrigerators, two dishwashers and great pantry space. We made use of the pool in the resort and it was a quick trip to Burnside where we rented a pontoon for a day.

Perfect Place to Relax
Every year we do a vacation with another family! This stay was perfect for us! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the kids ages 4-13 loved the little clubhouse and all the games! This cabin was well stocked and had plenty of space for our group of 9!

Beautiful property! We had four couples staying there, and each couple had their own private bathroom and bath/shower. Worked out perfectly! We had a couple of questions before checking in and Becca got back to us immediately. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Wonderful property
Small group of friends on a motorcycle trip heading back to Ohio. We chose this property because of location and online pics. This property did not disappoint. Very well maintained and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative (small) was that the tables and chairs on the decks needed cleaned.

Family friendly; nicely established vacation community
Loved the fact that this “cabin” had 4 full bedroom suites! Perfect for our large family of 10 ages newborn to 50! Utilized the kitchen, which had quite a few utensils, pots, pans etc.! Would recommend upgrading or replacing the coffee pot…water marking lines are worn off and no one could guess a good amount to brew. Washer and dryer were very handy to use. Also, definitely winding roads up the mountain to get to the house, but roads are well maintained. House was generally clean. Noticed some trash behind the couch when the granddaughter had a toy roll underneath it and had to retrieve it. Son-in-law noticed that the hot tub filter was filthy when he and some of the family were getting ready to hop in. However, we are pretty picky about cleanliness and I would say overall, the place was well kept. Very peaceful setting…hard to enjoy the water views since the trees have filled in, but I’m sure it’s pretty in the other seasons. Whole family did go to the resort swimming pool one day, and it seemed clean. No bathrooms at the pool, however, so be prepared. Loved that we were only 20 minutes to the Burnside Marina. Would consider staying here again, should we go in the future. Becca, the property manager, was great with communication and answered all of our texted questions immediately.

Friends Getaway Weekend
This property was exactly what we needed for a relaxing friends getaway. One of the best stocked cabins we have ever stayed in. The layout was great and accommodated privacy for each couple. We enjoyed time out on the deck in the hot tub with an awesome view of the lake. Check in was simple.

Overall the property was great. Only slight downside is that the hot tub was not fully functioning. It was not warm when we arrived, and only got up to it's highest temperature after a full day. Owner did say that a part was on order for repair though so should be fixed soon for the next guests,

Family Getaway
We had a great time on our trip to Burnside and loved the cabin. We played lots of games, used the hot tub, went hiking at Cumberland Falls, and took a day trip to Knoxville for an evening river boat dinner cruise. Becca was a wonderful host. She gave us travel ideas beforehand and was very responsive whenever we reached out. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This house is amazing! It was super accommodating for everyone. I really enjoyed each room having it’s own bathroom and the additional dishwasher and fridge. It made hosting a family get-together convenient. It’s relative distance to trails and other destinations was a huge plus. We all had an amazing time.

This home is so comfortable! We immediately felt at home and Becca made sure we had everything we needed including local road conditions as there was bad weather during our stay. The only down side for me was having to take our trash to the compactor which is located about a mile down the road. Over all a wonderful stay!

Perfect Getaway for Girls Weekend
The 4 master bedrooms with ensuite baths were perfect for our group. The well stocked kitchen has a great pantry, and the owner is great to supply all the paper products needed including spices and basic cooking needs. Communication was great, and the property was very clean. I highly recommend this property.

Sibling Trip
The house was lovely. Everyone loved the front porch swing and when the day was nice, the guys liked sitting on the back deck. The trees were in fine autumn color and beautiful. The area was quiet and peaceful. For our age group with a few in their late 70s and early 80s with mobility issues, the downstairs steps were a bit of a challenge. That made access to a television for one of the guys a problem. I liked that there was no television, but others wished there was one in the sitting area on the main floor. The views were gorgeaous and we had a great time.

Sibling yearly vacation
Located in a very nice gated community, this house was perfect for our family: 2 couples, two singles, one with sight and balance disabilities. The bedrooms are excellent: 2 "masters" up on the main floor, 2 "masters" down in the lower level. Great kitchen with lots of dishes, cooking needs, basic spices; we grilled out every night and ate on the deck. Lovely and quiet, and wonderful windy country paved road to reach the main road. Somerset is very close with every restaurant, service industry, groceries and shopping one could want. Dead end road with only 5 or 6 homes--we were the only occupied residence. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

House is very well designed with 4 master bedrooms, each having a master bath. Kitchen was great (2 dishwashers), laundry room was nice and allowed for additional storage. House was clean and well furnished. Good location, easy to get to Burnside Marina from the home.

Three siblings, a cousin and spouses, all in our seventies, met for a weekend get together away from our own homes. We all loved the house and talked and laughed to our hearts content. Drove to a distillery on Saturday and Boone Tavern for Sunday brunch. A bit of driving, but all well worth it.

Quiet Cabin high in the Hills
We had a great stay at Lakin it Easy! Plenty of space for a large group, loved the 4 suites. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need to prepare a meal and even had 2 dishwashers! The view was excellent, especially from the hot tub. The drive up from the highway was intense and we didn’t dare make it at night. But we planned ahead and stocked up at the nearby Walmart in Somerset (30 mins away) and we were fine. Plenty of games and toys to keep the kids (and adults) occupied. Overall a great stay and will definitely book again!

Welcome to Easy Street
An experience like no other! From the communication to the quality and cleanliness of this property. They certainly have set the bar high when it comes to other VBRO's. I cant think of one thing that was needed or missing. We stopped in town and loaded up, and never had to leave the peace and tranquility of Lakin' It Easy! I would say that this property and owner is what the idea of feeling upgraded should be. The location, property and owner show what 5 star means!

Awesome cabin!
Cabin was very spacious, clean and has some fun extras also. Since the cabin is way up the mountain you get a nice view including part of the river. We loved the ensuite bathrooms which are large and allow privacy if there are more than one family. We had a great time and are already thinking of making it a yearly trip!

Perfect place for a fun weekend with friends
This house was perfect for 4 couples, each bedroom is close to an exact match of the other with its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. I wish the view of the river was less obscured but the trees are also beautiful. This is the first house we’ve all agreed may warrant coming back to!! Thank you for a great stay.
