'Simple self check in into a narrow hall way leading up some stairs to get to the rooms. This area was will lit and secure. The room itself was well equipped with fridge/freezer microwave kettle etc and fresh milk and bottled water was left in the fridge. Two wall mounted TV's with working remotes and cutlery and pots etc all available. Comfy bed with towels provided for the lovely bathroom with walk in shower. All in all everything you need for a short stay away.'

'Plenty of room to park by the Guest House & as an occupational therapist, I was impressed that there was excellent provision for people with mobility issues in the room. It’s in a beautiful & peaceful area. Highly recommended. Da iawn!'

'The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . '

'Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students.
After contacting Hotels.com
several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back.
Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund.
Keep up the good work Hotels.com
Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. '
