'We look for a 3 day fireworks-free stay every 4th of July for the comfort of our dogs. Finding a place that will take two large dogs is difficult. We were happy to find this place not too far from home. It is newly remodeled with a very comfortable bed, and a couple of futons in the living room. One drawback was no fenced yard for the dogs and a lot of stickery dry weeds. I have a single universal remote at home and was unable to figure out the 3 remotes neccessary to watch TV so we did a lot...

'Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years….'

'Place was clean. It was one of the most well equipped places I have stayed in. The kitchen had everything! Plenty of space. We were 6 adults and one 9 year old. Good communication from host. '

My one and only complaint would be the steep slope of the driveway which made parking challenging. Everything else was perfect.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. '

'The Shopkeeper's Cottage was perfect! Hidden behind the store front, you would never know this beautiful place was there! The home is very spacious and comfortable for small to large groups and perfectly located! As noted that a room is locked, u can't get to the pool from the room that is closed off, which would be so nice to not have to go to the backyd, from the front door, but the river is right there and u can hear it, which is even better. We had to drive to fish, because of grandkids are a lil young to hike that route but it was overall great! '
