'Close to marina. Nice dock on property, but bit of a walk on stairs. Very nice out side seating area. Extremely clean. Cottage decoration that is very tasteful. Owner very helpful and addresses any questions ASAP. Looking forward to returning next year.'

'It was perfect for our stay, we would definitely rent it again. I have to say that the house needs a good deep cleaning. Furniture moved and cleaned under. We found food, hot sauce and candy wrappers, under it. Floors need a good mopping. We had to sweep the floors because there was dirt, and crumbs on it. Nothing major or too serious. We had an awesome time and loved the house. '

'Location and layout of the house are awesome! Neglected maintenance of house and landscaping was disappointing. Wilson is a perfect place to stay for fishing and the state park down the road allowed us to dock our boat and keep our trailer at the park for 21/day! Awesome Sunset Bar! Live band! Vern’s restaurant was great too! Definitely will stay in Wilson again for our salmon fishing trips from Ohio.'

'Our stay was perfect. Check-in and communication with the property owner was excellent. Kitchen was adequate with modern conveniences, oven/range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Some supplies were short, but we made do. Wi-Fi worked great with no issues. It was so peaceful a great place to shut down my brain for a few days. '

'Wonderfully clean with everything you need for your stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to Olcott, grocery stores and gas, plus a very short drive to the marina. Our vacation was relaxing and stress free. I would highly recommend this property '

'We enjoyed our quick getaway at the Olcott Beach House. Scott and Michelle were wonderful hosts, especially when we needed a 'wifi rescue' :)The house is in a fun neighborhood in Olcott, and although some things were closed this late in the season, the village looks like a great place to visit before Labor Day. There's a large county park just down the street, and there are two piers close by for sunset watching or fishing, if that's your thing, and a variety of local restaurants to choose...

'Would HIGHLY recommend. The place was clean, AC was strong if you are staying in the summer, and the host is very responsive!! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and had the best time!! Host was very kind to us and made sure we were comfortable and all needs were met during our stay! 10/10 recommend! '

'This lake house was a perfect fit for my family. The owner of the property has done a tremendous amount of work to the inside and it shows from the moment you walk in! Sitting on the back deck watching ships & boats pass, super relaxing. Not to mention looking at Toronto on the other side of the lake. Super quiet neighborhood and the surrounding neighbors are friendly. Will definitely book again when we are in the area!'

'The house was perfect for a ladies get away- very clean, everything we needed. In a very safe feeling neighborhood. We enjoyed spending time by the lake and being able to see Toronto across the lake. Lots of things to do nearby- good food- and even more important not a lot of traffic. Having perfect weather made this fall get away even better.'

"Het is een prettig hotel dat ongeveer een kwartier van de Niagara Falls rijden ligt. Hotel ligt rustig gelegen aan het water. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en ook ruime badkamer. Parkeren is gratis en beperkt, maar er is een groot parkeerplaats t/o het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er (Amerikaans) ontbijt geserveerd. Van de faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hotel is super fijn voor bezoek aan de Niagara Falls. "
