The studio is located a stone's throw from the shops, bar and restaurant. Overlooking the river, a superb view is offered to you, both of the mountains and of the clock tower, characteristic of the village of Burzet.
The studio has a double bed, a shower room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room.

The accommodation
Welcome to this 25 m² studio apartment renovated with care.

Located on the first floor of a stone house transformed into 3 apartments, in the heart of the charming village of Burzet, your arrival will be independent by a key box.

The accommodation includes:

- A fully equipped kitchen: large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and oven, kitchen utensils and crockery, as well as a kettle, a toaster and a pod coffee maker.

- The 140cm bed in the central position of the studio, will allow you to store your suitcase out of sight in its trunk.

- A smart TV /!\ no wifi for the moment

- A laundry area with a new washing machine, a steam generator, a drying rack.

- A shower room with toilet and heated towel rail

- A shared balcony, with table and chairs to nibble facing the river

We provide you with bed linen, toilet and kitchen facilities.

If you have a particular need or desire, do not hesitate to let us know when you make your reservation!

You can park in front of the house, many spaces available in the street.
If you come by motorbike, you can shelter them under the awning.

Access to the studio by a staircase, your entry will be independent thanks to the key box.
The code and the location of the box will be available to you. communicated on the morning of the day of your arrival.

Child under 3 years old: we can provide a travel cot with real mattress and wooden high chair

Special for pets: dog allowed exceptionally if it is calm (no barking, no damage to walls or furniture). Please do not make him sleep on beds, carpets or plaids. Provide his usual bed for the animal (carpet, towel, etc.).

Nestled in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, Burzet, 530 m above sea level, is a small village surrounded by springs, waterfalls and young volcanoes.
Located 30 minutes by car from Aubenas, the town is labelled a green resort for its quality of life.

But the village of Burzet is also known for its events:

- the Christian procession in costume every Good Friday
- the festival of the Comic strips and cartoons every October
- the Ardèche rally in homage to the Monte-Carlo rally which starts in the village
- the cycling event: the Burzey climb every year in August / individual time trial.

As for visits, don't hesitate to walk the different hiking trails from the village, climb to the Clock Tower, or to admire the Ray-Pic waterfall 15 minutes away by car.

The thermal baths of Vals-les-Bains, 30 minutes by car in the direction of Aubenas, offer you a sensory trail, massages and treatments.

Go up to the Col de Mezilhac at an altitude of 1140m, admire the 360-degree view of the Ardèche mountains.

Go to the resort of Saint-Front in summer and winter, 1 hour by car, to ski or hurtle down the 4-season toboggan run.

In summer, swimming is available to you in the river Bourge which crosses the village, or at the lakes of Issarlès or Saint Martial, both located 45 minutes away.

in Aubenas, visit the castle or the Domaine de la Serve, abseil down, practice canyoning, or taste good Ardèche dishes in the many restaurants that await you.
