thank you for the review Jennifer. Everything in the house is new, especially the bathrooms. Those pictures are very accurate , the bathrooms and kitchen are brand new! The floors are all amazing and new. One of the best traits about this property is it being modern & very high-quality,new. . The front deck is natural wood -. The rear deck is covered in all new porcelain tile , with a set of spiral steps leading to the fire pit - It’s probably the newest vacation home in the area. Bathrooms were totally renovated only a year and a half ago. The kitchen is 3 years old, and shipped from Italy. But the front deck does gets a little more wear and tear with luggage, and the mist from the waterfall. Because of the mist and the overhanging trees it has more of a natural look. That’s why you see the green moss on the ground , at waterfall side of the house, because of the moisture. But it is beautiful because of that. And the price was a little bit high for you because you had many guests over the limit & you stayed for an extended period. So the interior of the house is mostly brand new, the exterior of the house is original, and it’s something we will never change because it is original Cedar-wood. We power-wash it when we can, sweep the leaves off but like I said the front is more of a natural look and only used to enter the property,. Thank you very much for your stay.

Thank you for acknowledging the design of the Kitchen & that the new generator kicked on when power went out in the area. The kitchen is more than just spacious, it was professionally done by Abitare Designs, the cabinets were shipped from Italy, the stonework was from a local quarry. Appliances are high-end. The kitchen sink is Kraus, every detail has been methodically planned. You are definitely downplaying the quality and design. The bathrooms are exquisite, state of the art heated floors in the main bathroom, the master is spacious and beautiful. You mentioned the exterior does not match the interior, we believe the interior is much more important than the exterior. 80% of the budget is poured into the interior. The exterior is designed to blend into the natural environment! As far as walking and trails and being a wealthy community, I don’t know where all that is coming from. Sawcreek Estates is a beautiful community, trails everywhere, the waterfall is right by the house, - this property is built right next to Wynonna5falls. Feel free to Google it. You complained that it is a little steep. It’s called the Pocono Mountains, so yes it can be steep in some areas. We are not in the flatlands. You also complained about the badges - the 6 badges provided by us are a courtesy - they are our personal badges that we gave for you to use for free. You need to purchase extra badges for $10. That money goes to the community, as stated in the description. - We do not weed and groom the landscape! It is as it was thousands of years ago. The natural environment is very important to us, and we want to keep it that way. I do not want to touch the land. I'm sorry about the hours at the pool, we are in a pandemic. I have traveled this year and I had to adjust my own schedule myself. I am a little surprised you’re not aware of that and yes you do have to drive to get to certain places. The Pocono area is a vast area. The pool is a 2 minute ride away. - But we have a beautiful Sundance hot tub spa on premises. I can guarantee my guests that all the income that is received, goes into upgrading the house and maintaining it. We do our best to keep the cost as low as possible for all guests. I see you mentioned there was a couple areas that needed to be touched up, yes that happens and that is normal but I strive for 100% perfection, and anything less is not acceptable. The one thing I tell all my guess is , if you see anything that needs to be addressed, please contact me or the property manager.
