Good first time experience

The overall experience was very good. There are a few minor things that would have helped the stay be better. The heat was great as long as you follow the instructions of keeping doors closed. But the Hot water was luck/warm the entire 4 days. A list of things already deficient in the house would have been helpful. Indicating how the light switch works and labeling them to what they turn on. microwave did not work, the liquid dish detergent dispenser is broken, the arm chair in the living room have both sides showing the frame as if they were pulled in opposite directions, as the base of the sofa did not feel too secure. there are markings on the wall and no trash bins. This made me a little nervous because I did not want to be liable for anything that was not my doing nor did I want to leave the trash bags out side due to the wild life. Instructions for first timers using a fire pit and standard safety laws for any one renting in the area for the first time. And in an obvious place to read as anyone’s first time, things can easily be over looked. In general it was clean and beautiful. The room with the buck beds could be arranged better to where the tv stand is not blocking the back entrance and potentially cause damage to the door or hurt someone. It was comfortable. Although any store for convenient items was 45 minutes away. The activities, such as snowboarding, pool, indoor pool, arcade were in a good mile range of about a half hour travel time in each direction.

The microwave didnt work. The water in the tub went down slow, the pool table is broke, wholes in the wall. It was candy wrappers under the sheets in one of the beds.

Has the potential to be a good place but details r important to make guest comfortable

So maybe I am spoiled because I generally stay with Premier host. This is the first time I stayed at a House that did not have reviews! The air conditioners was amazing. The ceiling fans above the beds were definitely a good touch. There were plenty of pots pans, Coffee makers toasters all of the good stuff really cute silverware, they had seasoning which was great because we forgot to pack ours everything that you would need they had a playpen and a highchair. there were two extra mattresses in the closet. There were plenty of chairs by the bonfire-The community pool was nice. They even have horse stables. Unfortunately it’s really hard to reach them. The yard was big enough there was plenty of room for parking- The not so good- It definitely needs a deep cleaning the first floor shower had the mold and mildew-there was cobwebs in the corners of the room. The kitchen windows were really dirty. The kickboards of the interior steps needed to be wiped. Wall need to be wiped or painted as the dirt easily shows up on the white- there was no courtesy, shampoo, conditioner, or soap, No Rags-Most of the towels were so small thin brittle You could barely wrap your hair up, -Most of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The master bedroom was a little softer, but literally the whole trip everyone Had bad sleep because the beds were really uncomfortable. The couches were not comfortable every time you try to use the sauna it would blow all the fuses in the house -so it’s useless
