Dit is een moderne, 3500 m², Stream-front woning met 6 slaapkamers en 3 en half bad. Gelegen in de gated Saw Creek Estates-gemeenschap, gevuld met voorzieningen: picknickplaatsen, wandelpaden voor leden en huisdieren, boten, kano's, kajaks te huur, meer en stroom om te vissen, 4 buitenzwembaden, Tiki-bar, 2 binnenzwembaden en hot tubs , Restaurant 'Top of the World', 8 outdoor en 2 indoor tennisbanen, indoor racquetball, outdoor volleybalveld, skipistes, honkbalveld, basketbalvelden, volledig uitgerust fitnesscentrum en vrije ruimte. Je hebt volledige toegang tot alle voorzieningen die beschikbaar zijn binnen de gemeenschap. U kunt meer informatie vinden over de gemeenschap op Sawcreek. Op loopafstand van het Top of the World-complex, met binnen- en buitenzwembaden, een bubbelbad, indoor racquetball en tennisbanen, een fitnessruimte en een restaurant.

Het huis volledig ingericht met gloednieuwe moderne meubels, apparaten, nieuwe wasmachine en droger, nieuwe Bosch vaatwasser. Het tweede niveau heeft een grote woonkamer met gashaard en 52 'lcd-tv, dvd-speler, HD-kabelservice, wifi, eetkamer met een tafel voor 12 personen, grote slaapkamer met jacuzzi in de badkamer en twee andere slaapkamers. it wae a beautiful house and the rooms were clean. The floors are good if you are using slippers. definitely dont go around barefoot. it was a little musty in the 2 bedrooms in the lower level but not too bad. The towels smelled a bit so i recommend bringing your own towels if you are sensitive to that. The Kitchen was not as big as i thought from the pictures. All in all it was a very nice stay. the owner was very kind to provide us with additional passes and very responsive when the power went out at one of the levels. The indoor swimming pools are not too far but there are limited hours (2-6pm or 4-8pm) for the pool so consider that when thinking about your schedule. Everyone loved the place and had a great stay. we had 10 adukts and 6 kids and it was comfortable for everyone. i would recommmend the place to all. Two thumbs up!

We were a group of 19; 10 adults and 9 children. Loved the creek, hot tub, fire pit, playing volley ball, game room and poker table. Took canoes out on lake and fished at both with success. Hiked at Bushkill Falls and rode terrain vehicles at Pocono Raceway. Suggest to include linen for loft pull out, and supply more towels, toilet tissue and kitchen ware. Thanks for the memory. .

Great place for a big group!

This property has everything you need if you want a nice get away with multiple families! The house is extremely spacious and clean! The game rooms and huge yard are a plus! My friends and family are already trying to figure out another weekend we can rent this house again!

I enjoyed my stay at this house! It’s big and beautiful. I had a big group of friends and family and the house accommodated us nicely! We had a great time and were even able to host a catered dinner! I gave the area/neighborhood a 3 because it’s like a gated community and a little bit of a hassle to get out of to get to to the main road! But if that’s not an issue for you then you’re good to go! Otherwise everything was great

Fun weekend stay!

Girls weekend on a beautiful property! The kitchen is a little more snug than the photos implied but it worked. The mattresses were firm which some appreciated, but some weren’t a fan of but that is a personal preference. We had plenty of space to spread out and have a cozy fire at the fireplace!

Bushkill vacation

Pleased with the house other than the sliding glass door (extremely hard to open and close), and poor acoustics (very loud in the lower bedrooms from the floor above). Loved the grounds and overall room in the house. The only problem occurred when purchasing extra pool passes. We required 7 of them. We were only permitted to get six. Was not informed by the owner that they were limited. Owner’s email stated that the weekly passes were $75 a piece. When I went to purchase them they said they were $100 a piece. I showed them the email and they said the owner was wrong.

Nice place

The house was large enough for our family of 18. The property offered some fun things, like a fire pit, a stream, and indoor/outdoor swimming and tennis, in addition to a large park and a fishing lake. The only sub-par items were cleanliness, basement level humidity, and sound level in the open areas. We enjoyed all other aspects of our stay.

A nice big house with lots of amenities for a wide range of ages. House was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is small but has plenty of plates and cups/ pots and pans when cooking for large group. Could have used more towels. Communication with the host was easy and very timely.

Overall the house was nice.

The house was really nice. However, we were unable to use the hot tub because it was not clean even though the owner stated that it was serviced the day before our arrival (the water was dirty and there were bugs all around the area of the hot tub). The basement area where the two bedrooms was freezing even though the heat was up. The ice machine was not working. There was not enough toilet tissue. The mattresses on some of the bunk beds was uncomfortable; you can feel the springs. Overall, the house was nice, and we had a great time.

Our stay at this Saw Creek Estates property this weekend was exceptional. The house was spacious and clean and provided enough amenities to keep my group occupied. Extended Family Weekend Getaway

18 family members ranging in age from 4-80!! This place had it ALL!!! The common living space was super spacious and comfortable for everyone to gather whether eating or just hanging out! The bedrooms were a great size and comfortably fit all guests. The overall layout of the place is quite unique with many different levels but with a bathroom on every floor that there were bedrooms it worked very well! The sliding doors lead out to the back deck which looked brand new. The views were outstanding with the river running through the neighborhood. Very tranquil and beautiful! But I honestly think the best bonus to this house is the game room setup in the huge garage downstairs. With small sitting area, pool table and ping pong / beer pong table it proved to be the popular hangout for the 20’s to 40’s age group. No matter how loud it got down there you really couldn’t hear a thing from the main part of the house!!! The only suggestion I would have for this space is to add a TV downstairs as it was football season and the guys all wanted to watch. Overall the house was amazing. Kitchen was smaller than appeared in the pictures but it still was spacious enough and functional. Communication with the host, Eugene, was superb! We hope to come back for our next family getaway!! Thank you for Eugene for a most memorable weekend!!

Perfect for large groups

This house was so great for my group. Great location, not too far from stores or gas stations which is a huge perk. Loved that the house was clean and all beds had towels already folded for each person. Enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and loved the game room. My only suggestion is new cookware because it is very worn down. Some of the pans are extremely scratched up but other than that everything was great

Amazing spacious property, great host

Came with a group of 14 friends for a weekend. Clean, well stocked house with great amenities and lots of space for activities, cooking, and lounging. The property itself is very large - ample parking and tons of space to hang around in the back. Eugene, the owner, was a great host. Very quick and pleasant in responding to any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a big group looking to relax and have a good time.

Very nice house, lots of room and space!

We stayed for a week in early August. We enjoyed our stay with the entire family, including five grandchildren and two dogs! Be prepared for a lot of steps, we had baby gates blocking step access for the little ones. The house was very big, with lots of space for everyone, especially the game room, kids loved it, along with the fire pit with smores and volleyball. The guys played poker in the poker room and it was a separate area, so it did not disturb anyone in the house with their late night games. The creek and woods was very peaceful behind the house, and we went on walking trips. You have the availability to go to four different pools at Saw Creek Estates, and we scoped them all out, we enjoyed the main pool with the Tiki bar and snack bar. Drink prices were very reasonable and kids loved the snack bar. The pool was big and seating was spacious. We also went to the Top of the World for Monday wing night and everyone enjoyed it, wings were very good! Overall we had a great time, a time to reconnect with the family from our often busy daily lives as we all live in various parts of New Jersey and PA. Eugene was great, very responsive.
