This includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and an energy-efficient, sustainable design featuring a ventilation system, radiant floor heating, and an air-source heat pump.

The luxurious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.
As in the entire apartment, the tasteful decor immediately catches the eye here as well.
The stove is for decorative purposes only and is not intended for use.
As a highlight of the bathroom, you can enjoy your private sauna.
Although operation is intuitive, instructions are, of course, provided.

The spacious terrace, surrounded by the beautiful outdoor area, invites you to relax.
Shared washing machines (for a fee) are available in the utility room.
At the rear of the property, you can use the bike storage room.
You can also charge your e-bike there.
You can park your car in your designated parking spot on the property.
