This modern villa lies between Lucca and Pisa on the border of the village of Cascine in an excellent strategic position.
From here it is possible to visit the historical towns and to explore all parts of Tuscany. The beautiful beach of Marina di Pisa is within an easy drive (38 km). Villa Elisa is a modern villa which has been refurbished. The house is surrounded by a large garden of 1500 sqm, completely fenced, with mature trees giving shade and lawns, making it an ideal playground for children. Table, chairs, barbecue and a water basin are provided to enjoy summer living. Swimming pool 9,75 m X 4,88 m /1,32 cm deep (prefabricated), deckchairs.Shower with hot water.
