**Welcome**
A warm welcome to the "Strandloft" vacation rental at Tide Resort Tossens! On the first floor, a modern 71 m² vacation apartment awaits you for a relaxing getaway by the North Sea. Two cozy bedrooms, a welcoming living space, and easy access to the outdoors ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Your dog is also very welcome here. The dike, the Frisian beach, and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, are just a few minutes’ walk away. As one of the first guests, you’ll enjoy a brand-new, high-quality vacation rental. Some outdoor areas of the resort are currently still under construction.

**Living & Well-Being**
The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of space for shared vacation moments. Modern furniture, harmonious colors, and a cozy sofa area create a pleasant atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the furnished terrace with an adjoining garden. Here, you can enjoy breakfast outdoors in the morning or wind down the evening in a relaxed setting. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything you need for shared meals and cooking evenings.

**Sleeping**
Two cozy bedrooms offer you quiet retreats for restful nights. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed and offer plenty of space to relax. Light colors and tasteful furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere in both rooms.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
With its private sauna, the modern bathroom offers you a relaxing retreat right in the apartment. After a day at the beach, you can unwind here and enjoy the soothing warmth all to yourself.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly with the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
Your vacation rental includes a private parking space and a bike rack. Contactless check-in via a key safe allows for a flexible and hassle-free arrival. With your guest card, you can ride the bus for free—the bus stop is located right in front of the Tide Resort.

**TV and Internet**
Important note regarding internet and TV:
Wi-Fi and internet-based TV are available in our vacation rental. Please note that the connection currently runs over the cellular network. Reception quality therefore depends heavily on network traffic. Temporary disruptions may occur, especially in the evenings when many devices are online at the same time.

**Location & Surroundings**
The Tide Resort Tossens is centrally located in the popular North Sea resort town of Tossens. Friesenstrand Beach, the dike, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the Aqua Mundo water park are all within easy walking distance. The Konzertmuschel, with its varied program of events, is also nearby. Depending on the event, things can occasionally get a bit livelier there.
