'Like the last time a great stay, spacious and clean rooms. Very helpfull staff, central parkmis a 10 minutes walk and has many restaurants open till late. The hotel room service is very good and cooked when ordered. The roof terrace testaurant serves amazing food and the vieuw in the evening gives a great ambiance. '

'It took me more than 30-40 minutes before i can be in touch with the person in charge and know the unit. It turns out its an apartment, so its an airbnb. The bathroom is dirty, no soap shampoo nor hot water. The pillow case looks dirty. The apt is not well kept. Had to ask the PIC re wifi pw. I booked with a buffett breakfast but when i called PIC says breakfast not included. I checked out at 9:30 am on the day of check out put the key back into the locker and one day later i got news from...

'when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv...
