'I called to hotel prior to our arrival to request a rollaway bed. When we checked into our room, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We went to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway bed. They said they would get one in our room. However, when they check to room they gave us, they said we would have to change rooms because the room they gave us was not up to code for a rollaway. Why didn't they know that before we put our stuff in our room. We had to take all our belongings and move...

'I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)'

'Arrived at the hotel after the 3:00 pm check in time and my room was not ready. They were still cleaning room. I left to run some errands to kill some time until it was ready. After an hour or so my room was ready. When entering the room it smelled musty inside. Floors were definitely vacuumed as well. Found toenail clippings on the floor next to the lamp. Shower had zero water pressure. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again.'

'Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...

'When we checked in initially we got a room that had a broken TV & there was quite a bit of damage on the furniture in the room. We asked the front desk to switch us to a different room & they quickly did & our stay was fine after that. The other guests in the hotel were loud & rowdy, even at night, but I don’t think that could have been helped due to all the events being held there. Don’t think it was quite worth the price but good enough for what it was for.'
