'The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there. I'm glad we were in the room and they left. If we weren't there we don't know what would...

'Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice.'

'Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there.'

'Old. Damp smell, sheets didn't smell clean at all. Chipped paint and doors, sloppy paint, old drafty windows. Needs a total gut job. Bunch of ppl I was afraid to encounter there with old bearer cars. Think of an old grungy hotel you see in the movies where hookers live. Or the guy on the run hides out.....'

'The room itself was okay. It wasn’t the cleanest but it had everything you needed. I would definitely stay there again because it was very affordable and the staff were nice. I didn’t try the breakfast so I don’t know how that was.'

'Frozen in 70-ties rundown and dirty property. Stay away. Does not look like the pictures. Kitchen was empty without any dishes or utensils. The 21” TV did not work. Just sheets on the bed not comforter. Stay away. Should be closed.'

'Terrible! Building is under construction inside the elevator and floors in the building were dirty, the bed was so worn down it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. There was a large gap under the door, the hallway lights lit up our room. Also they charge $10 for parking but don’t tell you until after they charge your card for it. '

'The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card.'

'Our tub drain was very slow. Hair on shower wall and shoe prints on bathroom floor were gross. Pool was out of service. Internet connection did not work. Computer station was out of service. I could go on.'

'The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The tv remote didn't work correctly. The bed sheets don't fit and continually come undone. The furniture it beginning to look shabby and my door key was deactivating during my stay.'

'There were ants in the room and the bed frame seem to be broken. After asking the man at the front desk to have someone to come sprey the ants and with make up my bed, when I arrived back to my room, only what was done is that the garbage was taken out, that's all. '

'The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...
